Fabulous spare room refurb (KT19) I’ve been left really really happy with my new spare room. Nik and his team have transformed a room that has never been professionally refurbished in the 40years we’ve been here. Polite, friendly, affable, tidy, great attention to detail. Walls stripped back, electric cables put inside walls (the property is ex council so when they rewired they left everything on the surface in plastic boxing), old wires and boxes from previous bathroom fan disconnected and removed, walls and ceiling plastered, painted, skirting boards installed, new radiator and light fixture fitted. Would recommend greatly

Bedroom Refurb (SM1) We recently had Nick work on a bedroom renovation, and I can't recommend him enough! From the start, Nick was super professional, creative, and really paid attention to the details. Cheers Nick!

Exterior painting and decorating (KT4) The outside exterior work was done at a high standard and on time. Happy with the result.

Tiling entrance and replacing step into house (TW11) Good job done in good time

Cladding (KT4) I recently had the pleasure of hiring Nick to install cladding at my home to match the existing cladding. Nick demonstrated exceptional professionalism from start to finish. He arrived on time, and his work area was always kept clean and tidy. Nick's skillfulness was evident in the high-quality finish of the cladding, perfectly matching the existing structure. He was also very polite and approachable throughout the project. I appreciated that Nick provided a clear quote with a fixed price that included both labor and materials, ensuring there were no unexpected costs. I highly recommend Nick.

Bathroom Refit (KT9) Following a leak Nick repaired my bathroom floor which needed leveling, screeding and re-tiling. He also installed a new shower tray, screen and shower plus re-tilied the shower area. He finished the job by repainting the bathroom. Very happy with the finished result.

Clear and replace concrete skirting and fill cracks in pebbledash. (TW12) Yes good job neatly and tidily done.

Bathroom and ground floor tiling (KT8) Tiling of bathroom with epoxy grout.

Loft conversion (MK42) Excellent job, very efficient and a good price.

Loft conversion&renovation (KT6) NICK and his team at Amazing Lofts completed our loft conversion into two bedrooms and a bathroom. We were extremely pleased with the builders who completed the work who worked each day and sometimes weekends for long hours. NICK was always available if we had questions or concerns and regularly visited the property to check progress. We would recommend Amazing Loft Conversions as a great company that did a superb job at a reasonable price. ??????????

Rendering on outside of house (KT17) Nick was very responsive. Came over and assessed what was needed quickly and gave us options in terms of full repair or a more short term fix. He also had to work around the bad weather and actually rebooked because of rain when he could have just done a quick job but wanted to do it properly. Very tidy after the work but also completed it quickly. Would recommend and use him again

Leaves much to be desired (KT4) Project started as kitchen refurbishment. Scope changed to refurbish ground floor and bathroom. Rads replaced to UFH downstairs. Pressure sales from plumber. Regret bathroom upgrade as final layout wasn't what I wanted. Started in 01/09/23, was 90% by 01/11/23. The remaining took forever. Broadband disrupted for nearly 2.5 weeks as they broke equipment. I chose and bought all tiles and worktops and splashbacks and designed modified roof. The crew did all the assembly. The bathroom electrical UFH didn't work. Verbally agreed to fix in future while we are away as we have 1 bathroom.

Painting and Decorating (EN8) Nick did an excellent job! Very thorough and great attention to detail. We're really happy with the end result. Nick had very good communication throughout and friendly service. Highly recommend and would definitely use again on other projects.

Toilet fitting (KT6) Carried out work quickly and effectively Work was started quicker than I expected. He also helped with choice of fittings

Wet room leak diagnosis and repair (KT19) Two plumbers couldn't find or fix our wet room leak. Nick not only found and fixed it, but he did so quickly and with an outcome oriented mindset. He is professional, a great communicator and reliable. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality work (SM2) Nick and his team really did an exceptional job refurbing our bathroom. He advised us on what where the best options for materials and kept costs low. His attention to detail on all of the finishes far exceeded our own. We are planning on getting a new kitchen later in the year and will definitely be asking nick to carry out the work. Thanks for all your help nick, we really love the bathroom

Loft extension and conversion (KT4) NI BUILDING SERVICES have recently finished our loft conversion and also did side extension on my house and have done an amazing job. The team are dedicated to the build from day 1 so you have continuity and they keep you well informed at every stage of the build which is great. The guys are all super professional and respectful and take pride in what they do which makes it stress free. When we had any issue they were addressed emmediately with no fuss. All in all this is a great company so highly recommend using them and would use again. Really appricate the job you did NICK THANK YOU

Replace tiles and redecorate (KT4) Excellent work, paid attention to details and tidied up after work, always on time. Warm friendly and gave lots of helpful tips on chosing materials for the bathroom
