Learn to spell! Your descriptions on your site are so badly written they are laughable! Misspellings abound, which make me wonder if the items are any better than their descriptions. Buyer Beware My package has been sitting in a port in California for almost a month and customer service refuses to help me with this issue. I have been reaching out for 3 weeks and asked for a refund since I have not received my package in a timely manner and is clearly lost. I am getting the ring around from customer service telling me to wait patiently. The only thing they claimed they can do is to refund me partial *SHIPPING* cost. I will have no choice but to seek a refund from PayPal. I am so disappointed in the way this matter has been handled, considering I have ordered from you many times in the past.

Buyer Beware My package has been sitting at a port for over a months and the company refuses to anything about it. Sad considering I have purchased from them before. Apparently, if your package gets lost on the mail you are on your own to dispute with your credit card company. What a dishonest and disgraceful company to deal with.

Don't reply to emails &no tracking number They remind of your stock in the cart but don't reply to any of your emails. I ordered stock. I paid for shipping. There is no tracking number. They say my order has been shipped. ???? Still waiting for my stock I ordered. Never again.
