My experience has been absolutely amazing. Jennifer is so attentive and very knowledgeable and generous with accommodating patients who need immediate availability. Mike is an amazing doctor who work with all the patients in the treatment room, ensuring that each and everyone is handled appropriately and delicately.From the time you walk in to the NIVA Center you are promptly greeted by the beautiful young lady at the front desk scheduler who is so nice accommodating, there is absolutely nothing that I can say about no one in the south side off. Each and every nurse that has helped with making sure that my IV’s are correctly placed are amazing. I would like to say a very special to Amber she has been with me since day one, she truly amazing, caring, empathetic and such an incredible woman and I thank her for having patience with me because my vein are very difficult but she doesn’t complain. This a great team that all are very caring and they all work together to help each other out with their patients needs and to accommodate them in anyway they possibly can as a team and I appreciate each and every staff/ team member in this office. They are truly AMAZING 💯🙏🏽

I stumbled upon this hidden gem while visiting my friend in the beautiful city of St. Augustine, Florida. Believe it or not, I actually discovered it one of their captivating Instagram ads! What caught my attention right away was the fact that they accept health insurance for IV fusion treatments. As a Californian, I was pleasantly surprised because it's not something that's allowed back home. While I was there, receiving my IV treatment, I had the pleasure of striking up a conversation with a lovely lady. She couldn't stop showing me how she could now open and close her hand with ease. Turns out, she had started doing stem cell therapy at this place, and it had truly transformed her healing journey. I couldn't help but wish I lived closer, as this place seems like a true haven for anyone on a healing path. If you happen to find yourself in the Saint Augustine area, I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing their comprehensive program. Trust me, I wish I lived closer so I could continue my own healing journey there too!

I absolutely love coming to NIVA Health! The staff is so wonderful and knowledgeable. I have brought several friends to start the IV therapy! I’ve also received stem cells for my joint pain and throughly believe in the regenerative properties of the stem cells! I highly recommend coming here.
