Service was extremely slow, the food portion is tiny for the price, and nothing special about their musubis

A Michelin-starred restaurant. We went with my son. He and his special lady went to Hawaii a few years ago and inspired us to go for our anniversary in 2022. We went to this great restaurant for the nostalgia. We were very surprised and happy with their menu. We did have to order the spam. Hawaii is known for its WWII survival dishes of creative spam plates. Don’t care for spam? There are many other choices, we ordered several well-plated dishes and shared.

Went for an anniversary dinner. Absolutely worth it! Drinks were delicious and food was unforgettable. They also had a customized menu for us to take home as a memento.

Went for restaurant week a while ago and the food was amazing. The tuna appetizer was tender and savory and the loco moco was great (may be too salty for those with milder palettes). The pineapple upside down cake was fresh and piping hot when it came to our table - wasn’t too sweet and the ice cream pairing worked great.

WOAH, 11/10. This place is literally magic. The service is super friendly right from the front door, the food was incredible (especially try the flat cabbage), and the wine list is perfect. I had the Marguet Brut Nature and it was perfect with everything I ordered. Definitely make a reservation because they were packed all night. I was solo and was happy I reserved. The brûlée pineapple is an absolute must to end your meal. Thank you team!!

Amazing food and a great staff make this place a must visit

Absolute quality musubis. Got the pork one and scallop, both recommended by my server and WOW. You can tell just by the texture of the scallop that it’s the real deal. So delicious, vibe was perfect, music not loud and lots of seating.

Friendly staff, impecable service ans great food. Crab fried rice and shrimp bowl were my favorites.

Delicious food and good value

Service was 10/10!! wine pairings with the restaurant week menu is a MUST. The Beautiful selections really elevated the courses.. We both work in the restaurant industry & when we go out we always feel like we’re brushed off & get mediocre service sometimes none at all but we never say anything. I really felt cared for by our server, she was so dope! I Probably for first time felt what a “Dining Experience” should be like. I loved everything, thank you to our beautiful server whose name I can’t recall over all my excitement!! 🩷
