I bought a Texas ProTrim 600 wheeled grass trimmer from Norfolk Tools. It's an extremely well thought out design. The trimmer cords are amazingly easy to change and belt accessibility is very good. The trimmer has a powerful motor and coped very well in clearing 3 acres of waist-high grass, weeds and young brambles. A highly recommended machine. I can also confirm Norfolk Tools dealt with an after-sales query in a prompt and entirely satisfactory manner.

I bought a petrol 'handy sweeper' it took weeks to arrive, it arrived without the collector box and without the snowblade. My first emails were not answered. Was told over the phone was on back order. Months later am just being ignored. Never again will I ever deal with Norfolk Tools.

My order came quickly and efficiently, had no problems with my order so far, very pleased.
