We picked up our campervan today from the site in Skipton. We are delighted with it and the service was first class from the initial call with the owner Stephen and then his team Rachel and Ian on site. As first time campervan buyers they gave us a thorough demo of the van and all it's equipment plus some great tips too. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking to buy a van or motorhome.

After coming across a problem on a Habitation check and speaking to Stephen this dealer went above and beyond to get our issue sorted and made it a very stress free experience. I would highly recommend this dealer and Thank you very much.

Just exceptional attention and service. Nothing was too much trouble. Solar panels they installed (thanks Iane) will give me much more wild camping opportunities. The cleaners who valeted the MH before delivery were fantastic...they even took covers home and ran them through their washing machine...stars!!!! I would highly recommend!!!!!

Travelled initially from Poland after seeing the advert for a Burstner motorhome.Once we arrived the motorhome didn’t disappoint it was simply superb and exactly as advertised. We picked up our first motorhome from the above company beginning September noticed most of them were around 4 grand cheaper that other places We found a few small things wrong with it rang them took it back Whilst they sorted it Mario dropped us off in Skipton center and picked us up when done Then last week problem with engine They booked in garage in Skipton After a few hours mechanic said he had ordered 2 parts but will take 2 days he rang Stephen and he sorted a car for to get us home and said bring it back when your van is ready Stephen thank you so much you have gone above and beyond the customer service 100% would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying from here 😊

What can I say about this company, 1st communication was so easy and helpful, when we arrived to view the vast range of motor homes, everyone was very friendly and helpful, so knowledgeable, on collection day Racheal even picked me up from the train station, the handover was so easy and informative nothing was too much bother for them, 100% would recommend northern motor home buyers to anyone looking for a MH.

Late response from a Motorhome we purchased 12 months ago ! First MOT couple of weeks ago, local commercial garage who undertakes work for all our commercials, the vehicle hadn’t had an oil change in 2 years, diesel filter was blocked, in cab filter had never been changed !!, when collecting the vehicle there was no fuel in it, the mirror protectors had been removed, the fiama attachments for the awning had disappeared out of the tool box in the back, lights not working in the van, was supposed to be machine polished, the roof was Green ! And we had to pay for this again ! Handover was done in a garage locally, windscreen wipers wouldn't clean drivers view directly, had a price to part exchange its nothing like what we payed be very careful when dealing with this company !!!!

Every thing went according to plan including delivery of my Motorhome from so far away. Only slight disappointment the advisory on MOT not sorted, probably due to time constraints. Also no gas bottles but no problem. A pleasure to deal with hence 5 stars.

We bought a Hymer from Mario and Stephen a few months back, the choice we had from the stock was really good, everything was open and there was no push at all and we were able to have a look at various layouts with no hassle at our own pace. We went home and had a think and returned at 10am the day after and placed a deposit on the Hymer. 2 weeks later we picked it up and had a good handover from Stephen. We have enjoyed a few holidays and have had some minor niggles - these have been repaired under warranty with no fuss at all and we have just collected it, repairs are perfect and it was even cleaned inside and washed! I cannot recommend these guys enough, service is first class, no pushy sales tactics and they are really down to earth. When we come to upgrade we will be back without a doubt!

From start to finish, the purchase of our motorhome was a no pressure pleasure ,turned up to view one particular motorhome, but ended up with a different one ,we were left alone to browse at our leisure no pushy salespeople trying to make our minds up for us ,Mario was the first member of staff that we met and made the whole process effortless for us ,including part exchange of our caravan, he met us at the railway station and took us back so we could collect our motorhome, a service I doubt many places would provide, the van is everything that we wanted and quite a bit more ,thanks everyone at northern motorhome buyer, long may your success continue ,thanks again David and Lynn

Very helpful staff. Stephen, Rachael, and Mark have all been very efficient and organised. Really easy process to buy our new campervan. Always very responsive via email and phone. Overall, we can't fault them! Would recommend them to anyone!

What a delightful company that we had the please off dealing with, no presoure selling Mario and Ian were very professional and always there to help with any issues or questions we had regarding the Motorhome .I would highly recomend visiting them if your looking for a Motorhome before you try any other company, you will not be disapionted, Thank you

Lots and lots of choice but please before you buy get you potential investment professionally inspected as the return to base after sales warranty is questionable to say the least, in my experience

Thank you Mark, Michael, Mario, Rachel, the man from Durham (sorry, we didn't catch your name!) and the Team in Skipton for your knowledge and friendly guidance through the smooth purchase of our first motorhome. An excellent, genuine service that continued after the sale and even after the 3 month warranty ended, which exceeded our expectations. We are loving our motorhome and will not hesitate to return when we are seeking an upgrade.

We bought a Autocruise Augusta from NMB but we had a small problem. I contacted NMB and they arrange for me to return the vehicle so it could be sorted. This was done very proffesionally and with great customer service and with high praise for Michael & Matio.

The address on the website is just a c/o address. After reading comments on FB, the motor homes are on a farm somewhere, apparently someone takes you there to see them!!!! I didn't bother, just enjoyed the ride to Skipton...
