Do NOT order from North Style! I placed an online order in May 2024 and was unknowlingly signed up for their Rewards Program. A rewards program that YOU pay $21.55 per month for the "privilege" of being a member. My husband pays our credit card bills on line so I didn't catch that they had been charging me each month right away. After I noticed it I went back through our statements and saw that I had been charged in June, July, August, and September. I called CapitalOne and told them that I had not authorized any payments to North Style Rewards and to refuse the charge. Unfortunately they were only able to cancel the September charge. So today I called North Style to find out why they had been charging me for a program that I had never signed up for. Was on the phone for nearly 30 minutes and spoke with 4 different people and demanded a refund for the charges in June, July, and August. The customer service rep said that they would refund my money but it could take a few days to show up on my credit card statement so we'll see if they actually follow through.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Possibly a scam site If I could give no stars to this company I would! NOTHING BUT STYLE Please be aware of the following review being posted imminently on social media review sites. — "Nothing but Style" in my experience should be renamed “Anything but Customer Service". My daughter and I have been trying for 18 months to try and get a modest refund of £138.75. We have jumped through all the hoops thrown at us, including providing evidence of the goods being safely returned with proof of posting. We have spoken to trading standards who advised us to take this matter up with the Small Claims Court. We have asked “Nothing but Style” for its registered name and company address so we can initiate a small claims case. It has not provided this. That is clearly exceptionally poor customer service, if not extremely suspicious. They have simply stopped communicating.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY If I could give zero stars, I would. They lied about what the blouse I ordered was made of. Said that it was linen. It is cotton and polyester and looks cheap. It is poorly made and not worth more than about $10, not the $49.95 they charged for a misrepresented piece of clothing. They will not give me my money back for something they blatantly lied about. Now they changed their email so that they will not receive any correspondence. They operate under other names too, so my advice is to only order from reputable brands that you know online. No matter how companies like Northstar Style may make it seem like their clothes are beautiful or a good deal, they aren’t. It is a scam. I have enclosed photos to show what they tried to make you think you were buying and the second photo shows what I got and how cheap the material looks.

Beware of shipping! I paid LOTS of money for overnight shipping. Ordered late Thursday. Arrived on Monday. I learned that weekends don't count. I guess I didn't read the fine print. Very disappointing.

Significant drop in quality this year. Will have to find another clothing store I’ve bought your clothes for years. I especially buy the cropped , cuffed summer pants. This year I’ve noticed the bottom has dropped out of the quality. They are being made with no seam fabric. This summer I’ve have several pairs that I wear and end up tossing out because there wasn’t enough fabric in the seam. And they weren’t tight at all. I’m going to need to find another place to buy my clothes. Also the same size by label is not the same size in reality. I am very sad.

Poor return process - poor quality clothes The return process is brutal. I have yet to see my return processed and I submitted the return on June 21. It isn't even showing that it's been received because of the process between USPS and FedEx. Not necessarily Fed Ex/USPS fault but that whole process is adding to my frustration. The return label is going to say postal through USPS. However, then USPS contracts with FedEx to return it. So it will go to a postal office where FedEx will pick up the package and take it from there. But USPS won't tell you that when they give you a tracking number and it is sitting "in transit" status for three weeks so far. I had to call USPS numerous time to try to figure this all out. When I call FedEx they turn me back to USPS. But this is all NorthStyle's fault for not paying for and providing for an easier way to return items. I hope this process eventually finishes and I get a return for the items I've returned. With that said, one of the dresses I got tore the 2nd time I wore it. The seam just frayed away. I called and they at least processed a refund without requiring me to return the dress. But at the end of that call, yes they asked if I wanted to participate in a reward program. No way. I mentioned I would never order from them again given both of these experiences.

Not ethical company, lied to the Better Business Bureau I ordered a dress and it never arrived in time for the event I needed to wear it at. Contacted customer support. They sent me another one. It didn't fit. I ended up getting the other dress when I returned from the event. I returned both dresses and asked for a refund on the original dress. They promised they would send it in the mail and never did. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and they lied to them as well. Do not do business with this company.

Don’t sign up! i can’t believe what i’ve just been through with North Style rewards-my credit card has been charged $21.00 per month for “rewards”. Who on earth would pay $21 to get 5% back-THIS IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF and SCAM! DO NOT SIGN UP I had no knowledge that I would pay a monthly fee -this is simply awful from a so called reputable company. Very Disappointing-Shame on North Style

Fraud, beware of rewards program Don't ever order from this company. They automatically enroll you in a rewards program and deduct money from your account each month. I have to call my bank and get this stopped. A one star rating is too much.

I am trying to unsubscribe from membership and of course there is no way to do that. I call customer service and there are only 2 options -- place an order or cancel an order. So I went to their online step. It has no option to request that. Seriously? Now I REALLY want to cancel my membership. That makes horrible customer service for me.

BUYER BEWARE BE WARNED...Never, ever order from NorthStyle. I placed a considerable order eight (8) days ago. (All in stock items). They claim it takes 3 to 5 days to process an order. However, at this writing, they have yet to ship the order. I will not ever order from them again. Their customer service stinks and has been extremely vague in their response to my inquiry. And then, they want to charge me almost $11 to return anything I don't want. NEVER, EVER AGAIN! Don't walk, RUN!!!!

Horribe- Rewards Program did not sign up for I purchased 1 item from this store, after that I was automatically signed up for their rewards...? I was charged $21.15 twice within 30 days! Than to have to dispute with the credit card company for over 30 minutes! I will not be purchasing from this company anymore, 1 and done!

Dont sign up for Northstyle rewards They get you to sign up for rewards program by promising to rebate your shipping and 10% of your order. I knew they charged by month after first month so I made a note to myself to cancel. I did get a rebate check for the first shipping charge. But not for the 10% back. Then I submitted rebates for shipping and % back from their partner Chadwicks and all of them were disallowed. After you cancel your membership you cannot log in to check on your claims or resubmit them according to their picky rules. I still dont understand what was wrong with the claims.

Horrible customer service I put in an order that had one item back ordered. The company kept charging and crediting my account. I tried to get information from customer service about the status of the order and if they were going to keep repeatedly charging me for an item that wasn’t being shipped. No one would answer my questions. The were very rude and completely unhelpful. They kept putting me on hold and transferring me around. The last person I spoke to talked over me, refused to let me speak and hung up on me.

Why no Black or dark-skinned models Over the years, I have purchased many items from Northstyle but I will no longer. All their models are White or so light in color as to not have an ethnic identity. This is 2023 and all ethnicities should be represented. So disappointing.

North Style needs better customer service My husband and I are celebrating our 50th anniversary next month. I ordered a jacket and sweater to wear at our celebration. I was told the order would be arriving in 5-7 days. Fourteen days later, I called to find out where my order was. I was informed that the order had not been sent out as the supplier not longer made the jacket. The company should have sent me an email or called me (they have my email address and phone number). Now I'm running short of time looking for something else. We live 175 miles to the closest big town so I rely on shopping online.

10% Sales Tax?? I just want to know how NorthStyle and Chadwicks get away with charging not only outrageous shipping, but also 10% sales tax on internet clothing purchases. 10% can't possibly be right.

Northstyle Rewards is a RIPOFF My review concerns the Northstyle Rewards program. As far as submissions for Northstyle and their 'premier' shops i.e. Serengetti, Chadwicks,, etc. documentation is acceptable. For the Marketplace submissions which include a number of online stores i.e. Walmart, Chewy, BJ's, Costco, Tatcha, Korres, Bed, Bath & Beyond, they seem to reject every receipt submission as inacceptable, despite the fact I save each one the same way as i do with the Premiere stores, as a PDF from the website. For instance, Costco. I can access all of my receipts from Warehouse shopping to online. I pulled each and every one up and saved as a PDF. Every single one was rejected as insufficient backup documentation. Why? Your name and address are not printed on Costco receipts, particularly those in warehouse. So if Costco is a participating provider, why aren't my receipt acceptable? Same thing with Korres, Dropps, Bed Bath and Beyond. WE are speaking of roughly 57 in rebate savings. I have had arguments via email with these folks and it is just more frustrating than worth the trouble. And the membership fee is 16.95 per month so you have to be diligent and submit your request with receipts asap. So now, I cancelled membership, which they will hopefully do correctly, and I will not shop at these online merchants aka no more Northstyle, Serengetti, or Chadwicks. Their shipping charge is outrageous anyway, they never give deals on shipping the way J Jill does and they never give discounts. The only way to get your money back is via the rewards which tricks you into thinking you will get some money back. Shame on you Northstyle and partners. You just lost a good customer.

Return Policy is Unacceptable They come across as very upscale, and I must admit, the quality of clothes is good, althought the descriptions of the products is not. And theirreturn policy is terrible. I ordered a blouse that was supposed to be the color of denim; it was gray. Two other items I purchased did not fit as I had hoped. I followed their process to return, using the return label provided and dropping it off over a month ago. They keep telling me they haven't received it. Then maybe they should use UPS instead of USPS for returns? Their prices are high...I'm out a big chunk of money waiting for a satisfactory response!
