Over the years we have done pretty much tried every voucher experience there is to try. We went to North West Flight Training Blackpool for the first time on (Fathers Day) Sunday. We were made to feel welcome from the second we arrived to the minute we left. I would say these guys are by far the most experienced, informative and friendly people we have met. The service is excellent, the experience phenomenal and what fantastic value for money. We came away wishing we could do it all again immediately after, but we did do the next best thing and went back less than a week later. If, you would have asked me beforehand I would have said that the second time would not be as good, WRONG it was blooming better.
Were arranging to go again for the third time.

I did a one-hour trial flight with Paul in a Cessna 172. Great experience, very engaging. Paul was a great instructor. He left me to be very hands on, and to handle most of the Air Traffic Control communications. I'll be back for lessons!

A truly amazing experience. We went for a double flying session with Paul; he was kind, charismatic and a great instructor, explaining everything in simple terms and answering all of our questions.
We highly recommend it as we plan to return in the summer.

What an excellent experience , we booked a flight for my 16 year old son and it was money well spent, his instructor George was funny and attentive making my son feel at ease and adding to the whole experience, I would and will book again.

Started out flying for my ppl with dave in both c172 and pa28.
An absolutley fantastic instructor! Patient and keeps things simple where the confidence is implemented into the student straight away!
Definatley happy learning at northwest, and will continue to do so throught my flying!

A flight experience was booked for our son's Christmas present. From booking online to the end of the flight experience we couldn't of asked for anything more.
Dave was easy to contact and speak to so the our son's experience was tailored to his ability and enthusiasm.
From getting into the plane, our son was given the controls once they had taken off. The flight gave him the chance to experience and understand the use of the controls with Dave giving clear instructions throughout.
Overall an amazing experience - we will be back as our son thoroughly enjoyed it and still needs a birthday present. Thank you Dave

Currently doing my PPL with NW flight training and have to say both Dave and Paul are extremely professional instructors and with plenty of experience who go out of their way to accommodate my personal schedule. Dave in particular is always happy to help with the theory side of the training and will take time out of his personal schedule to help whenever he can. I have an option of flying either a Piper or Cessna and I actually now prefer the Cessna 172. Unlike many other airfields, Blackpool is a long tarmac strip so you get the proper full size airport experience rather than a water logged grass strip. When comparing the hourly rate, I found NW flight training to be the cheapest too so it's worth driving out a bit further.

We bought a flying experience as a gift for our son.
I was lucky enough to get to go up too. Dave the instructor was friendly, relaxed and made the flight fun.
I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something different. Can't wait to fly again!
