Your fake client cut some parts of my song and uploaded it on your platform for distribution and verified the content ID, which is not only against the law but also misuse of your platform. I am submitting details in your contact form, sent many mails but still no response. Are you not going to resolve this issue? If not, then please let us know officially. They will delay royalty updates and when you get royalties they will close your account I had a few tracks with tens of thousands of views that must have made $40 (after the supposed 15% novecore cut) during the time they were released. Novecore never updated my balance because they said you need to earn at least $20 for it to show up. So I waited a few months. I then tried to reach out to their support on the website but they told me to go to their blog and the blog said to email finances. I never got a response from finances. I did get a response from the owner after waiting over a month. Every time I asked for an update they'd say I'll check when I'm not busy or tomorrow. When they finally did check they said I had $21 after their cut. I was okay with it and requested to cash out. They terminated my account the day after that claiming my account was "high risk". I had 0 violations and no reason for them to do that. They told me I can get paid but they didn't, in fact, let me cash out. They came up with various excuses and ultimately I didn't get paid. While this was happening I talked to other users and --surprise surprise-- they had the same exact problem and had gone through the same steps of emailing, waiting, not getting paid. They only updated the number of dollars in my account manually and even made a mistake the first time, calculating it as 19 instead of 21. They did not send me any royalty reports. attached is the email telling me my account is closed without an explanation.

They stolen my ID and sell it to third party and they stolen $28 000 from me. They stolen my ID because I thought they will distribute my music, and I never received $28 000 that I earned. Reported all to the Interpol and Novecore is currently under investigation
