Late payment of rent - Teraj Kaur to the rescue again. Got it sorted , requested a proper standing order for the rent and got back to client when he underpaid by £50.00. She’s a star , patient , intelligent and most helpful.

I am still yet to move in however so far I have been really taken care of by the agent Hannah, who’s been handling my application. She is lovely and also ensures your needs as a tenant are met to the utmost standard, she has taken time to listen to me and helped me to choose my dream apartment and the application process was very straightforward also. Thank you so much Hannah and I’m looking forward to moving in soon:)

NPP Residential have been very helpful in letting my property and managing it completely. The entire team has been very helpful at all times during the letting and management process with full transparency and timeliness. Teraj Kaur has been instrumental in assisting with a rogue tenant as well and has been on top of all matters required to handle said tenant. Others in the team have been very helpful as well at all times. Definitely recommend them!
