Money well spent
I inherited my sprinkler system from the previous home owner. Since Spring of 2022 until recently, my summer water bills were excruciating to say the least. My monthly water bills were between $450 and $500 a month. I have called the city a couple of times, they promised to inspect, I’m not sure if they ever did because suddenly the water bills would go down to low $200s, so I didn’t follow through until Summer comes again. I stopped using our dishwasher, I was getting upset if someone did the laundry more than once a week, I tried everything, the water bills were still high. This year in late Jun, I contacted MxTGen and desperately told Dawn about my experience and I told her I wanted someone to come and inspect my sprinkler system. Samuel Garcia came on July 2nd, he was on time, respectful and courteous. He inspected the entire yard, and it didn’t take him long to identify the problems. He discovered a broken pipe in the back yard, reset the program because I was overwatering, and my monthly bills went down to $216. I honestly don’t remember how much they charged, I know it was reasonable, but most importantly, it was definitely great value for the money. I will contact them for all my sprinkler concerns, and I highly recommend them!
This company came out to repair an old sprinkler system that was already in the yard. We got a whole new system but after it was installed the system started leaking causing our water bill to skyrocket. We reported it and they were supposed to come out to repair the broken sprinklers and booked an appointment form 11-3 in the middle of the day which I took off for. They ended up no show no calling that day and tried to re-schedule. We re-scheduled to come back another day between 8-11 which I again took off for. I got a text the service man was enroute at 8:20 by 9:40 I reached out to ask if he was on his way. No one had knocked, called, texted or anything. I got a text at 9:56 that they were unable to complete the work due to overgrowth but there is nothing by the sprinkler. There was no conversation, contact, or anything so I believe they were trying to get out of the work again given the first time. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time just to not even call, text, or have a conversation.

I’m writing this review and the work isn’t finished yet; that’s how impressed I am with Samuel’s level of customer service.
Sam was able to diagnose my issues, took the time out to explain them to me, and was also very transparent about recommendations.
He’s also very thorough in the work he performs.

NXTGEN and we had our first interaction last week. Samuel was WONDERFUL. Our controller was broken so he replaced it giving me several options in my price point. He was efficient and kind and I highly recommend them. We can now run our sprinkler systems from our cell phones, aren’t we high-tech lol.

My backflow was leaking, my water to house even had been turned off.
In a couple hours, my backflow leak & water to house were working again.
