I cannot praise Edreana enough. Her patience and genuine care made my experience truly outstanding.

I'm currently enrolled in their real estate salesperson class and initially attended an in-person session. However, I found the Zoom classes to be more suitable for my needs. While there are many online classes available for $100, I believe that their $495 class provides greater engagement and valuable insights beyond basic textbook knowledge. As I'm not aiming to become an agent but rather to build investment knowledge, I appreciate the depth of understanding their course offers in this regard.

With the high stakes and often times anxiety that can arise from upper level licensing pursuits, her knowledge, patience (and above all, kindness) has reigned supreme. BEWARE!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would! NYREI STOLE MY MONEY!!! THEY OWE ME $450!!!! I enrolled in their online course for Real Estate Salesperson. I kept on extending the course via phone with a representative, and I kept paying for the extensions. The last time I tried to extend it, their online school representative said I could not extend the course anymore because NYS only allows online enrollment for one year. Meanwhile, I was already enrolled in the course for over 1 year and 10 months! And you know what - during that whole time NYREI kept taking my payments and NOT telling me that the course was terminated 10 months prior. NYREI did not allow me to finish and I ONLY HAD 2 CHAPTERS LEFT! I called their main office to discuss the matter and for assistance. I stated if I could not finish and proceed with taking the real estate exam, then please give me a $450 refund. The manager lady was acting like she was going help me, but then disappeared on me. She stopped responding to my emails; stopped taking my phone calls. One time, I called and the manager answered. I said "Hi - this is LaShawn," and I kid you not - SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!! I had to proceed with my education at another real estate school, Brooklyn School of Real Estate - a fabulous school, with awesome instructors!! I recommend going there! I passed my NYS real estate exam on my first attempt! I am now with one of the Top 3 real estate brokerages in NYC! NYREI GIVE ME MY MONEY!! YOU ARE RUNNING AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! EVERYONE BEWARE!!!

I originally decided on attending NYREI for my salesperson license back in 2017 and have continued to attend their continuing education courses for last few years to maintain my licensure. The staff is always so helpful and well informed.

Like others posted here, their communication is really bad , and dealing Like scammers, they took my money first and then disappeared and did not provide instructions how to get in the class, therefore missing the class and not offering refund and blaming on their miscommunication, stay away and don't waste your time and money

Great school with accessible and friendly teachers and staff. Angel was very helpful in assisting me to choose the right classes for me and very supportive along the way. If you want professionals who know what they are teaching you and don’t just upsell you their classes this is the right place for you! I also liked how central the school is located as it made my commute much easier.

Highly recommended if you need to get licensed. I got my real estate license in person and also took an online class for property management. The teachers were great online as well as in person. The real life examples helped a lot to make the material more accessible and the provided learning material made it easy for me to pass all required exams. Big shout out to Angel one of the managers. She was always available for any questions and made the entire process very smooth! Getting a license is nerve wracking so having a good support system is the key!

Angel Lovan is professional and prompt. She assisted me with all stuff I needed. The location is comfortable, easy transportation. The tutoring is well knowledgeable, they answered to all questions. I would recommend all new beginners to start here for your real estate journey.

I took in person real estate classes here when I got my license. The teachers I had were charismatic and accessible. It was also really helpful to hear their real life examples from working in the field while I was new to it. I’ve since taken a few online courses and they all were presented in a way that was easy to understand and take in the material. Both the online and in person class experiences were great in my experience!

OMG I just got off the phone with Mrs Edreana Hampton. She was/is the most helpful customer service person I have every encountered.. She made my experience grand! SUPER HELPFUL. SHE MADE MY DAY🙂🙂🙂

I highly recommend this school not only for the education you will get but also for how genuine and nice the staffs are. Shortly after I enrolled and paid for the salesperson package back in early 2020,, I had to leave the country abruptly due to the Covid lockdown . Three years later when I have returned to New York, NYREI was able to retrieved my records. They honored the fee I paid for the courses and allowed me to start the program with no additional charge. Thank you NYREI for being so kind and considerate.
