We've used Odyssey with our first rental apt in Brisbane. Dealing with Willian was great. He made a lot of effort so we could settle in well. He was very helpful with all the tips and guidance he gave us as the whole experience of renting in Australia was new for us.
We ended up having an issue with a neighbour and Wilian was very professional, helpful and caring. He did his best to assist us through the process. We would definitely recommend Odyssey and Wilian as your agent of choice.
