A company run by a man with zero understanding of the logistical difficulties experienced by British manufacturers during the pandemic and zero understanding of how retail supply chains operate. How he manages to run a company is beyond me.
We don't know you! You're not a client nor a tried supplier. Our job is to provide a high quality package of works. We have succeeded consistently in doing so throughout the pandemic and for over 20-years! We do this by extracting the best resources, suppliers, labour and materials. If you were not selected to work with us it is not because of any lack of understanding, but because a competitor put forward a more attractive offer than you did. Interestingly we have a clear record of securing 5 star ratings. You have a clear record for giving 1 star ratings. There is also no trace of who you are on the internet or what commercial organisation you actually represent, which tells its own story!

Office Changes recently completed a full refurbishment of our office floor including re-carpeting, space saver desks and new kitchen design & fit out. With 270 employees, minimising disruption to business as usual while undergoing these works was essential for us, and Marrek and his team handled this flawlessly. We are delighted with how the whole process has gone, from choosing the best possible and cost effective materials, designing bespoke solutions to meet our needs right through to planning and delivery. Office Changes fitted a complex schedule around us, with flexible payment terms and were extremely considerate to all our colleagues throughout the process. They worked like Trojans and, as always, the quality of workmanship is brilliant. Marrek devised creative solutions to get round any small challenges we had along the way and was endlessly patient with the inevitable tweaks to the schedule or design. We used Office Changes to update an often forgotten aspect of our work environment - the ceiling! We decided to roll out new LED lighting across our floor and it's fair to say it's been a transformation. Only once the new lighting was in place did we appreciate quite how dreary, shadowy and gloomy our office looked before. Now, it looks like bright daylight, all year round. Migraine sufferers have really benefited from the change and it's a much more suitable environment to reduce the glare of VDUs. It really 'lifted' the atmosphere and is driving big energy savings too (not to mention removing the effort in having to regularly replace and dispose of the old bulbs). Marrek and the Office Changes team managed the project with their usual finesse and consideration, and to budget and deadline.

We have used Office Changes a few times now from small works to Decoration of large corridors/stairwells, office refurbishments and office builds.
There pricing is very competitive and the attention to detail and quality of work is of a high level. They completed the work in our main corridor whilst it was still in use and worked with us to develop a safe way of working with minimal disruption.
we found them very flexible with our changes of plans still sticking to the agreed timelines
All the fitters that have worked on site have been willing to assist have been clean and tidy in there work and very knowledgeable.
I have no issues recommending them for quality and price.

Office Changes were extremely professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive to queries from the start, which was one of the reasons we chose them over other suppliers. We were not disappointed. Marrek was always available, and had time to talk us through the project, how it was progressing and if there were any changes or problems. We were presented with new ideas that we hadn’t thought of on how to best use the space, and guidance on other areas of the build - from use of our corporate colours to placement of our company logo. Over the four week build I visited the site weekly and saw the transformation of our tired office into a welcoming, professional and great place to work. The entire Office Changes team could not have been more helpful, from the plumber to the designer and Project Manager. All our staff are now enjoying working in the office, which now has a dedicated and welcoming reception area, a big bright kitchen and dining area and lockers in our corporate colours, as well as height-adjustable desks which are very popular. A huge thank you to everyone involved at Office Changes.

We asked Office Changes to undertake quite a unique and large scale fit out for our office.
We found Marrek (as the direct point of contact) was available at all times if I had questions or requests. He provided us with regular updates on works and whenever there were decisions to be made brought them to our attention immediately, along with multiple solutions. This made it very easy for us to keep the project moving and ultimately ensure it was completed on time.
Their teams level of workmanship is impeccable. Every aspect large or small was given the same amount of focus and importance. What impressed us most, was how they managed to marry the quality of the work with the speed at which they completed the different aspects of the fit out.
If we are fortunate enough as a company to grow further and need a new space and another fit out, Office Changes will be the first people we call.

Office Changes fitted out our new office to an incredibly high standard, despite an extremely tight, last minute, time frame and a limited budget. The result was beyond my expectations and the feedback from staff is that they love their new working environment.
Marrek, Simon, Danny and all the team were professional throughout, keeping me updated, offering solutions to problems as they arose and accommodating last minute changes.
They also organised our move, allowing me to focus on keeping the business operational right up to the last minute, with minimum interference to employees and customers.

I am very pleased to have chosen the Home Changes residential refurbishment team, led by Marrek to design and build a new kitchen and dining room. I am delighted with the new space that has been created. It has enhanced the house and made a great place to both cook and entertain.
I have been particularly impressed with the unhurried approach Home Changes took during the inception stage of the project, making sure the design, choice of equipment, fittings and finishes were just as I wanted with expert guidance from Marrek. He has an excellent eye for detail and is only satisfied with the highest quality workmanship and finish.
It was not just a kitchen and dining room that Home Changes created. Just as important were the safety aspects of the work such as the installation and commissioning of a new consumer unit and re-wiring of the areas being refurbished.
Home Changes arranged competitive quotations for asbestos removal from licenced contractors and utilised competent, well trusted tradesmen that Marrek could personally endorse for plumbing, plastering, carpentry and decorating.
Most important from the customer’s perspective was that the project was delivered on-time and to budget. Inevitably there were some extra costs as the installation progressed but Marrek always explained why these were necessary and agreed firm prices with me before proceeding.
I highly recommend Home Changes.

We were very lucky when we set out to refurbish our home that we instructed the Home Changes team to put in our new kitchen. Not only have they done a fantastic job there but their versatility in helping/advising around the rest of the house has been invaluable.
Taking the kitchen to begin with, after the design of the kitchen was completed by the product provider (not leaving names here), the Home Changes team advised us on several aspects of the design that were not appropriate. This included where the sink had been factored in far to close to a worktop join that would have been "fragile" and caused us problems going forward. They also helped us work round some difficult dimensions of the kitchen which have resulted in us being VERY satisfied with our final solution.
We quickly realised that the Home Changes team could do more than kitchens as their team of tradesmen were suited to many more aspects of home refurbishments and as a result, they helped us with a list of jobs:
Arranging and coordinating asbestos removal from our ceilings.
Installing new ceilings throughout the home.
Installing insulation between floors.
Removing a doorway (unused) to provide a well rounded entrance way to our dining room.
Laying flooring in our dining room.
Fixing and replacing floor boards in various rooms.
Fixing stair woodwork.
But then they also advised us on a number of other jobs from replacing/decorating an old flu-hole, general decorating, window replacement and fixing, lighting, gas meter issues and the list goes on.
We are novices who wanted to take on as much work as we could, and it was easy to negotiate with the team where their expertise was required and where we could chip in with our efforts. I'm very grateful for their patience with us and care taken to keep us on the right track. We are so happy with the completed house and know for certain that without instructing Home Changes, we would not have achieved half of what we have.

I don't often leave reviews, but wanted to take the opportunity to comment on the various projects managed by Office Changes for British Airways Holidays over the years.
We opted to use their services exclusively some time ago, for jobs large and small and have only ever been delighted with the results. From understanding our requirements and translating them into cost effective options, sourcing suitable products, planning logistics right through into installation and finish - Marrek and his team have delivered every time.
