Pros:Since I started working here, I've felt that new proposals and ideas for improvement are very welcome. The team is genuinely open, friendly, and always willing to work side by side. Understand you and your needs
Pros:If any problem/ question arose or in any other case there was always a solution and personal atmosfere for each task and conversation. Cons:You will not be able to work face to face with your colleagues. Advice to Management:Inform your translators about tour planned projects not just offer to hop on already ongoing train. (At least I had a feeling that we were always running late). Of course, bigger salary is never a bad idea.
