His knowledge and expertise helped me better understand my options and with his help I was able to customize a better version- both in style and quality of the gemstones. He send me designs to make sure after he drafted the rings and what I received from him was far better than I expected and would have gotten without his assistance. My now fiancé worked with Daniel to make the perfect engagement ring! We went in with a general idea and then Daniel and my fiancé were able to design the ring from there. Daniel custom made all the small details and then showed my fiancé CAD drawings to confirm details and even made a wax mold of the ring before making the real deal! I have absolutely zero complaints. Me and my girlfriend were somewhat skeptical in the beginning. I wasn’t sure how accurate our ring was going to be compared to what we wanted. We weren’t sure if he could really make the ring of her dreams, identical to the pictures and outlines we provided. We also didn’t know much about the custom ring making process. However, Daniel walked us through absolutely every step, from the second we walked in, to when we left with the ring. He took us through every detail, from the exact stone we wanted to the computer images to the wax to what the final product would look like.
