Update to review - another successful visit from Orkin. The tech who came most recently was, as is usual for Orkin, very conscientious and courteous. Everyone we have dealt with at Orkin have been very pleasant and do a fast yet thorough job Have been and will continue to be a loyal Orkin customer

Once we heard the odd noises coming from the garage we realized a new family was moving in, uninvited! Yep, a family of rats, ot cute little mice, but big boisterous rats. We'd called one pest company that arrived a couple of days late, the rep. Carrying a pail full of rat poison. After a few questions I realized this company( one guy) didn't know much more than I did about the vermin, plus he wanted money up front, cash only. After a quick Good bye, I called Orkin. Raymond , Orkins local.rep. showed up immedistely & walked me around our home explaining what needed to be done & how Orkin was going to attack the vermin. Raymond knew all about what needed to be done & his confidence set my mind at rest. He spent about an hour placing black boxes of bait inside outside ,& even in the attic, assuring us that our dog & cat could not get into these bait boxes, & neither could a human!! Orkin knows what they're doing & will be back within 2 weeks to check on how the battle is going. Great people , & we have confidence in their plan of attack. Its only been 2 days since Orkin syarted wirh us, Will keep you all apprised on how the battle is going. Believe me, I slept well last nigjt knowing we have Orkin on our case! I have had the most unfortunate experience with rodent infestation in my home recently. After searching for exterminators and reading their reviews, I have decided to go with Orkin. It was definitely the right choice. My tech. Joe called on the day of the appointment early as he had a cancellation. We walked around the perimeter as I showed him the mice droppings and where I had caught one with sticky pads. Joe told me that's no mice, it's a young rat. And will grow to eight inches or more when full grown. He then showed me where and how they could have gotten into my garage, then from there into the house. He also suggested the type of rat trap to use and how to secure the garage door trims to keep from further rat entry into the garage. All in all, a very informative walk around. Since then, which was less than a week ago, I have caught quite a few already and have not noted any more new droppings in the house. I have also started cleaning up in the garage and all around the outside of the house as Joe also mentioned that there are entirely too much stuff for them to hide and wait for opportunity to run into the house once someone comes in and out of the doors. Thank you Joe for all your expertise and helpful suggestions.

Requested their service through building management for cockroach treatment. They asked us to spend hours preparing, only to do absolutely nothing except place two $1 cockroach monitor traps. No gel or dust treatment was applied as claimed—they are outright scamming people with false promises. If you enjoy wasting your money and time, feel free to book their services. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs!
