Made a reservation paid the reservation last minute without any info they cancelled, and a month later with several email request later I still didn’t get a refund of the money I paid neither do I get response on a refund of the paid money .. I was understanding that the price they listed the house for was a mistake and I was oke with cancelling the reservation but not with keeping the money and not responding to me anymore

Joy, We reached out to you through email numerous times. Your phone number we have for you on the order form is from Spain. You paid a deposit for the vacation home, but the final balance was not paid. Since we never received full payment we were forced to cancel the reservation. We emailed and your automated system emailed you to collect payment and we never heard back. I am so sorry, we would have loved to have had you as our guests. We have refunded you the deposit of $169.00. Typically our deposits are non-refundable; however, since we never were able to get in touch with you we have refunded it to you.

When attempting to check into my hotel they had no confirmed reservations from Orlando vacations. Trying to deal with Trey( the manager/owner) he was less than accommodating and rude. It took me 3 days to get in contact with him. I sent multiple emails and left voicemails. When it tried to log into my confirmation email on Orlando vacation I was unable to and they told me it was because they changed systems. Poor communication and they could care less about the overall experience of your vacation. Staff is rude and not willing to take ownership of mistakes.

In short: ordered my tickets weeks in advance, did not receive them, was met with the most unhelpful service rep I've ever dealt with, after multiple emails and phone calls that went unaddressed I had to buy the tickets at the door each day. We had chosen this service due to a discount for booking through them which was completely negated. I picked up a second job to pay for this honeymoon, and the terrible service we received from this company was an absolute spit in the face to the hours I spent to pay for it. I'm over a week past reaching out to resolve the issue and, in this time, have received no explanation, no confirmation of a refund, and certainly no tickets when we needed them. I would be absolutely ashamed if I or any of my employees provided this level of customer service with so much money on the line and such a personal investment for my clientele. Believe the one-star reviews. I'm sure there are people who have had positive experiences, but the true measure of a company is how they resolve an issue when things start to go wrong. I did not choose this service to be treated as an inconvenience, and I advise all others to consider this before booking through this company.

Very Shady operations. Buyer beware!!!!!! Buying tickets 3 months in advance, told the tickets will be emailed in 24 hours, call and get told to hold on and sent to voicemail, no one calls back, I call and am told that there is no one to talk to and they write by hand 500-600 tickets a day and usually arrive about a week before. Unacceptable if you’re doing a Disney trip with reservations. None of this disclosed on their website. vERY shady More thank 24 hours ago

Angelica, You made a reservation for Disney tickets less than 20 hours ago. We will work as hard as we can to get your tickets to you as fast as we can. They will be to you this week. I know you just got off the phone with our representative, and I think you misunderstood her, our goal is to have all tickets fulfilled within a week, not the week before you arrive. Sorry for any confusion this might have caused.

Shady operations beware The operations are very shady. Buyer beware. Tickets didn’t arrive I’m getting the run around. Finally they said they are done by hand about 500-600 per day and there is no one to talk to. The tickets usually come in a week before. If you are buying for Disney everyone knows this is an unacceptable timeline if I am purchasing 3 months in advance to make reservation. VERY SHADY!!!! I wouldn’t even trust these are real tickets at this point.

Snake in the pool!!!! On 6/13/24, a few friends and myself stayed at one of the vacation rental. I reported a snake in the pool on Friday, 6/14/24. I was told someone would come by and remove the snake. Needless to say, that didn't happen. Me and my friends were unable to use the pool for the entire stay! I have been calling and emailing Orlando Vacation for the past 2 months just to speak to a manager about the issue, but to date, I have not received so much as a text!!! For all I know, the snake is still in the pool!!! Very disappointed to say the least!!!

Do not recommande this agency. We book a package on the 13 for our stay on the 14! We had to call the agency on the 14 since we had not received our Disney tickets. Once i have spoken with them they send us our Disney tickets but does not mentioned anything about the hotel. We arrive at the hotel at 9:30pm after a long day, to be told that this agency has never sent them our reservation for the night! We must book an other hotel on our own. Our experience with them has been very poor and disappointing from beginning to the end.

Rented a home and bought disney tickets. The customer service girls were very helpful and help me find the perfect home that matched my families needs. Home was close to disney. It was a great experience over all.

Will NEVER book from this company again! What a nightmare I experienced with Orlando vacation. I booked a large house for my family and I to celebrate my daughter’s 1st birthday. I filled out the paperwork and paid $85 fee on July 12th my vacation date was scheduled for July 23rd. I flew my entire family to Orlando. On July 23rd I reached out to Orlando vacation because I did not receive the property address at that time it was 10am and check in was for 4pm. I received a call back at around 11am advising me that I booked a home that did not fit the amount of guest I will have and was told they cancelled my reservation. I paid over $3000 and was never notified prior of the issue. My family and I were left literally in the airport with No place to stay I asked the representative why was I never notified when the information was provided well in advanced and also explained we have no where to go I have a special needs child, a 4 yr old and an infant with me. The rep DID NOT CARE AT ALL! I was told I will receive a refund which to date haven’t received. And was also told I will get a call back to assist with finding another property, to date have never received a call back not even an apology. Thankfully I was able to book an Airbnb which turns out to be way cheaper! And secure. This company is a complete scam, they are overpriced, and overall a terrible, horrible company! Had I not called to get the property address I would have never known they cancelled my reservation! I was also told I would get my refund in 3 days. It’s been 8 days now and still no refund. You are better off booking through Airbnb

Adriana, I am so sorry for your experience. Let me first say that your money has already refunded. It typically take 5 to 7 business days to get back to your account. We refunded it on Friday, the day the reservation was cancelled. It is important to note, why the reservation was cancelled. You registered 21 people to stay in a 7 bedroom vacation home. This is against the law, and we simply cannot run the risk of having someone get hurt in the home especially if we know the home is over capacity. Not to mention, we also work for the homeowner, and they would not like so many guests staying in their house. In the online registration, you signed a form saying the 7 bedroom home has a maximum number of 16 guests. I did not have another home to move you to...if I did I would have moved the booking to that property to help accommodate you and your family. I also provided you a list of property managers here in Orlando that might have homes large enough to accommodate your family, and I reached out to 3 of them on your behalf. None of them had any availability and I called you back to inform you of this. We do hope your children had a great birthday, and we are sorry we could not accommodate your family at one of our properties.

I booked a vacation home with a private pool through this company on June 1. The total was $628.15. I paid the required $50 down and a total of $578.14 was due to be deducted on June 17th. However, on June 17th, $787.90 was deducted from my account. I have reached out to this company several times. I spoke with a lady whom was extremely nice and helpful. She told me on her end it was showing different numbers. She asked that I text her the receipt. I texted her the receipt on July 10. She said she forwarded that to the accounting department. I also asked for information about the vacation home since I have yet received any communication from this company about my stay. She told me this was normal because they do not send the information until 48 hours prior to our checkin. I was supposed to check in to this house on Wednesday, July 17. On July 15, I flew to Orlando to stay at a different resort for two nights. Several attempts were made on Monday and Tuesday to get some sort of information about my reservation. I was finally transferred to a manager. I will not mention any names. However, read the other reviews posted and you can easily figure out whom I left a voicemail with. Finally on Tuesday, July 16th at around 2 pm, I received an email with instructions for the home, the address, and requesting another $85 fee. When I called to question the fee (since they already over charged me) I was informed that there is always an $85 fee when renting a home with a pool. Since 6 more family members were due to fly into Orlando in less than 24 hours, I had no choice but to pay the fee. Once I paid the fee, I was emailed a keypad number and address. Still told that the price issue was sent to accounting and that the manager was made aware. Wednesday, July 17 was checkin day. We were given a townhouse with a shared pool. It's not that I needed a private pool. It's that I booked and paid for a home with a private pool. Once in the townhouse, there were numerous bugs/worms and the floors were so filthy, our socks were black from walking. I called the number on the information booklet left in the house and was told that I was speaking with he building manger and that she would leave a message with Orlando Vacations that I booked through and that someone should call me today. No one ever called. After following up numerous times and sending an email with receipt and screenshots attached, I received an email that said "Good Morning, The breakdown of your charges are $580.00 + $155.00 cleaning fee + $102.90 taxes and fees = $837.90 Thank you," This was on Monday, July 29th. We are now several weeks of dealing with this. I called the company again and left another message with the manager I mentioned above. The manager returned my call around 4:15 on July 29th. The conversation started out with him assuring me that he would fix the payment issue. He asked that I forwarded him the email with the attached documentation of the communication and receipt. However, it took a turn for the worse when he asked if I could have my sister and niece (whom left his company a 1 star review) go back and change their review to at least a 3 star...and I quote "Ive been in business since 1993 and a one star can be detrimental for our company". When I replied that my main concern was the money that was owed to me, and that I would gladly send his contact information on to them and it would be at their discretion on whether or not they contact him, he informed me (with a laugh) that he would just have the reviews removed. When I said thank you, he promptly hung up the phone without a thank you, bye, nothing....How hard is it for someone that is in the wrong make it right?!? I have all of the communication documented between me and this company. I even have pictures of the bugs from the vacation home. I have been more than patient and easy to work with. The representatives that I have communicated with have been great at assuring me that this matter would be taken care of. However, it seems to be out of their control and the manager has been no help.

⚠️‼️BEWARE‼️⚠️My family just came home from a booked trip 7/17-7/21 through this company. First off our house we had picked out was completely different than the house we received. My grandmother is handicapped and the house we chose had a room downstairs but not the house we stayed in. The resort would not help us what so ever. The house was gross. And the resort ended up charging us more money once we got to the resort. We stayed at Emerald Island Resort. ‼️⚠️DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY⚠️‼️

I rented a vacation home through this company on June 1, 2024. On June 1, I paid the required $50 down payment. The remaining balance of $578.14 was due to be withdrawn on June 17, 2024. I was communicating with someone through their text feature. Once I asked to speak with someone on the phone, I didn't get a reply. So I called the number on the website. After calling several times and not having anyone answer, the representative texted me back saying that she was trying to answer my call but they were experiencing phone issues. I called from my mother's cell and someone answered immediately. This person I spoke to sent me to a manager. I left two voicemails with this manager (a couple of hours in between). This person that I finally spoke to informed me that they would work it out and it would all be taken care of. Not only was I overcharged and still waiting on a refund, I rented a house with a private pool and got a townhouse with a community pool. Again, I did this on June 1st. I was due to check in July 17th. I reached out numerous times because I received no communication from this company. On the evening of July 16th (less than 24 hours before checkin), I received an email with the address and instructions.

Booking was easy but my vacation experience was horrible first off i got canceled the day before on a house it was replaced but family seperated i had to keep calling to get confirmation on rented homes then i get there my name is not on reservation couldnt get into resorts had to keep calling and for next 3 days i had issues getting into resorts mind you im the one that booked didnt have my name on houses if i didnt get in contact with someone i would have been without a home to stay in my party had issues getting in and out everyday we was there this was the worst experience i had vacationing i would give 0 stars would never book thru them ever spent my whole vacatiom stressed very un professional

My sister booked this trip on 11/24/23, With Dee Dee O who is absolutely amazing! My sister was so excited because we were supposed to be in Windsor Isle and it was NOT. We were given another home and had to move from that home to another because the manager Trey lied. He said it was a lazy river at the resort and it wasn’t. The 2nd house was NASTY. There was a roach in the shower in the bathroom. It had a distinct smell. Trey didn’t call back until my niece posted a review. He gave us tickets to Epcot to try and make up, but it didn't make up for the inconvenience of moving with multiples kids and a lot of luggage. The tickets was supposed to be there Monday, my sister had to keep calling and didn’t receive them til Tuesday. My sister has been booking with Orlando Vacation for years now.
