PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT book with Outlaws, this is your fair warning. If you decide to for whatever reason, please make sure you read the reviews so you are aware of the risks. You will be charged for any issues with their poorly maintained UTVs, even if you're not at fault. They do not look like what you see in the pictures. We thought we'd be okay but what happened to us will most likely happen to you too. I'm convinced all the good reviews are FAKE because all the bad ones are EXACTLY what we experienced and that is no coincidence. First red flag: I booked my UTV reservations with Outlaws a month in advance for 2 two-seater & 2 four-seaters but when we arrived they told us that they didn't have what we booked... instead we will be getting what they have available which was 1 two-seater, 1 four-seater, and 2 six-seaters. We overlooked this because we're fairly easy going but then Gavin proceeds to take over an hour to set us up, mindlessly chatting over nonsense, pumping gas in the UTVs on our time, and then tells us that we won't be getting the hour back because we didn't come early even though we were never told to come early via any email or text. Second red flag: after we finally get in our UTVs we noticed they all look a little janky: some are missing lights, speakers, and overall they looked very poorly maintained so we took some pictures just incase. After about an hour into our ride, we start going down this rocky trail that Gavin RECOMMENDED & you can guess what happens next. One of the six-seater UTVs stopped working and it would no longer move so we were stranded. Luckily we were in a spot with signal so we were able to call Gavin but he took almost 2 hours to arrive even though he said it would only be 30-45 minutes. Once we got back to the office, Gavin tells us that the belt broke and it was our fault so we have to pay for it. We told him it wasn't our fault because we went down the same trail with the other UTVs but none of them had any issues except this one. He said it was still our fault and wouldn't offer any discounts despite him taking over an hour to set us up & taking almost 2 hours to come get us. We even bought insurance and of course, that insurance didn't cover the damages. Overall we had a HORRIBLE experience at Outlaws and we would NEVER recommend anyone to rent UTVs with them. They have PLENTY of other UTV rental places in Broken Bow with great reviews and we should've known better than to book here seeing as how they can't even maintain 4 stars in this small town.

The young man that helped us was so personable and gave us great service. We had a BLAST on this adventure. The trail heading to the creek is an extremely rocky terrain and is very rough ride. The trail heading to the lookout was smooth with small areas of rocky terrain. Make sure to bring snacks and drinks! Can’t wait to bring all our friends back to this great place!

Friendly, professional but also laid back. This was the perfect place for my family of 5. Trails were very fun. Could give a full send but also had to go less than 10mph in the rough areas. Who ever Caleb’s number two is when he’s not there is awesome. Great trail info. I’ll be back.

We had such a fun trip! Clayton was great! Even answered a question late in the evening before we picked up the ATV the next morning. ATV ran great, the guys marked beautiful spots on our map, and made sure we had good directions and the kids had helmets that fit and were comfortable. Definitely will use them again when we’re in town!

My family and I rented three UTVs for a four hour riding adventure. We had a fantastic time. These are really friendly and helpful folks! Would definitely rent from them again!!

We had an outstanding experience with Outlaw ATV/UTV rental business, located perfectly at the base of the Ouachita Mountains. The convenience of not needing to trailer the rental was fantastic as we were able to jump right into the adventure. The Polaris UTV was powerful and a joy to drive. Clayton, who ran the show, was phenomenal. His initiative, reliability, and excellent customer service made the process seamless. He gave us great information and was incredibly dependable. Having previously owned a motorcycle dealership, we considered that, if we still had it, we would have tried to hire him ourselves!

We had a great experience renting from Outlaws. Clayton was very helpful. He was able to arrange a last minute booking for us. Our utv ran great. Michel showed us everything we needed to know and made sure we were good to go. Clayton even checked in with us during our ride to make sure we were doing good. Highly recommend renting from them.
