Angela, JR and James were very easy to work with and communicated well throughout the entire process ! I would recommend them 100%!! They fixed my broken hdmi port and other issues on my Xbox and I couldn’t be happier.

While discussing Christmas ideas video games of course came up. It was then I was handed a bag containing a disassembled PS5, below is a picture of what I actually delivered to them.
“it was broken but there was a video on YouTube to fix it”
That’s a big No.. don’t go to YouTube.. I was given a card for Palmetto tech rescue from GameStop of all places.
I called and got them on the phone and they were super positive and said we can look at it asap. Scheduling was easy, I dropped it off the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I got a call on Friday with a price quote (cheeper than I thought) and then a call Saturday to schedule pick up.
Amazing, I thought I was toast… nope. They did everything.
Fast, easy, and super positive the whole way.. I can say If I ever need anything techie done their business card has earned a much deserved spot on my fridge.

absolutely amazing service and very friendly people, the driver came out of his way to the middle of nowhere (Saint George) which is out of their service range and replaced my series x HDMI port, very reasonable price and the person I spoke on the phone with was amazing also! you can't go wrong with this business I'll for sure be using it again, thank you so much!
