Worst service ever!
The wordt service ever. A year later I get invoiced for supposedly import duties that in the previous orders was not ever applicable. The responce was very rude and very slow.

placed my very first order for my boutique from here and I was not disappointed , the material is very good quality except for 1 item, it was see through and I didn't like that but overall the shipping was fast, customer service was really on point, it would be nice as a reseller that they didn't out their name on the tags since they are a vendor, maybe something to consider.

As a new merchant I have contacted Parisian on several occasions via email and Facebook and no one ever responds. Not great customer service at all, I'm glad I didn't complete a bulk order purchase after reading other people reviews and experiencing this for myself.

i will never buy from this website again my reason is you are selling to retailers why are you putting your name on the clothing? this is a petty move because i dont want my customers to see where im getting their merchandise from and you are selling in bulk as a vendor your name should never be on the item because us the resellers need to customise and put our names. another thing is they label the clothes as xs,s,m,l when in reality they are all one size basically the clothes are all mediums but they lie and put sticker on them with different sizes!!!

The customer service does not reply a lot of time or if they do it is not professional. I made on order at 18th of December and I still did not get my package. It is March!!! I got a refund and I asked for a credit invoice several times but they did not even answered to my emails. So because of the delays and the missing invoice I have to pay costum after the full price, it means I have to pay the double of the original costum because of their negligence.
They are always pushing back the release dates without notifying you.
They cannot address correctly the packages. They don’t write my phone number on it, or my email address and the currier could not get in touch with me so I had to watch the tracking info all the time I ordered something and making calls to the GLS so I could get my package.

EDITING: After writing a review, the site started communicating immediately. I received my order on February 23rd. It took a long time because it was sent by post office. I didn't know that, before, the goods from this company always came to me by courier. Then there were problems with customs, because the packages did not arrive in my country (EU) at once, of course, this is not the fault of the company. I understand that the company had problems and a lot of work after Brexit, but I still say that communication is not the best with them. This will be confirmed by other reviews. If I don't write a bad review, they won't communicate faster. It was enough to write right at the beginning that the goods will probably be delayed. As for the products, they are nice, 1 piece of jacket is missing. I wrote it to them, the director wrote that they would return my money if I deleted the rating. I won't delete the rating, I just wrote the truth.

I sent the order and paid for it on December 31st. Today is January 14th and the order is still not sent, they no longer respond to messages. On January 6, I wrote them an email when my order would be sent. They wrote, that tomorrow. Of course they lied. On January 8th they wrote me that some products (7 products) were sold out and they would send me money back for them. They sent back € 226.93, however, they still did not send the rest of the order. On January 11, I wrote them to send a tracking number. They wrote that they had still made a label and they would send it to me when they did. They have not responded to messages since.

A TOTAL DISASTER, costumer service 0 stars. I received a big package 2 weeks ago and I’m missing 2 packages that were supposed to come with everything else. I’ve been trying to reach costumer service and they are just making me lose my time and money, I’ve sent pictures of EVERYTHING, my receipt, the box, the clothes, but they just won’t pay attention to me. I’ve wrote multiples emails and they just decided to ignore me or ask me repetitive questions I already answer before.

Avoid. Appalling customer service. I paid for 2 pre orders over a month ago and the date for arrival keeps getting pushed back and they won’t let me change for alternative stock. I’ve got all my money tied up in them for stock that appears will never actually arrive! And they don’t like to answer the phone and send very unprofessional short emails. I’ve never known such poor customer service. There are plenty of alternative wholesalers who are actually easy to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. The items I received had holes in them and the seams were loose. I contacted the company to ask what was the return policy. The company agreed to allow me to return it at my own expense. The issue is it costs over $5K to return. Don't waste your time ordering from this company as they have no customer service skills and do not care what kind of product they send you.

I ordered a pack of 8 items. All items didn’t have size label and they looked same size.
How can I sell an item without knowing the size. And I couldn’t even work it out as they looked all same size. So I wrote an email to them asking what should I do or how to know the size. Got an answer back as to look for tag inside or in the collar. . Didn’t find any.
Then I asked maybe they have measurements by what I could measure to at least sell them. She said yes measure. Didn’t even offer any help or solution to this situation. These tops still are in the my shelf for many months. I expected her to sort his situation but seemed like she didn’t really care. That was my first order , very disappointed.

Gave it 2 stars because an upside was the fast shipping to the US and price point of their products.. but on my last order which was one of their more expensive items they sent me dirty dingy clothing that I wouldn’t dare to sell.. even had another company’s tags attached so I don’t think they manufactured this product.. shipping it back was over $100 usd , they offered 50% off my next purchase then recanted saying it was an error they meant to offer me only 30% off.. they then stop responding to my emails very bad customer service and also bad sizing won’t order from this seller again!
