I highly recommend Luis! Even though I only had his service once, he went above and beyond for me . I messaged him the day of my event to see if he could fit me in and he was literally the sweetest person ever. He came with all the balloons and set this up by himself! He literally saved the day! I had an absolutely amazing experience with Party Themes! Everything was last minute and I wasn’t even sure it would be fair to ask for the help I needed. I was connected with Luis and everything just came together. Communication was strong, and super helpful! I was over the moon with how great the experience was! Recently I needed to place a rush order to have some balloon bouquets for a business celebration. I reached out and received a VERY prompt response and they were able to accommodate our order.
