I highly recommend Paw and Order! Drew was wonderful to work with. We chose the Kickstarter Program and in just those three lessons we saw improvement in our dog. Thanks to Drew's thorough in-person instructions and follow up emails after each lesson (reinforcing what we worked on + videos on each command), we know we have the tools we need to make walks and daily life with our dog more enjoyable. We are fairly new to town so we don't have any preconceived notions of businesses in the area minus what we see online. I asked in a local Facebook group who the recommended dog trainers in the area are, and overwhelmingly the results pointed to Paw and Order. I reached out on their website and Rebecca, the Administrative Assistant, responded pretty quickly and thoroughly detailed the differences between the programs they offer. I love that they have in-home training, which is what we chose. Rebecca was great with getting us on the schedule and, the day before each training session, she would text me to make sure that day/time still worked. She was lovely! Drew was awesome as well. He is patient, kind, and thorough. He was on time to each appointment and gave us the tools to feel comfortable and confident in training our dog. I have already recommended Paw & Order in our neighborhood Facebook group and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone else I know in the area who needs dog training services. We had a great experience with the trainer, Lee Ann. Not only did she train my dog the commands we needed him to learn, she treated him as one of her own. I highly recommend Paw and Order for your training needs!

I am so grateful to have found Drew and Paw & Order to help us with our much beloved (but reactive/high-strung) young adult pup. Drew has helped me to become a better trainer and has given us critical tools to use as we move forward. His patience and genuine love of dogs shines through in every lesson. He is wholeheartedly committed to improving dogs’ lives, and the lives of their owners, through education and training. When I first contacted Paw & Order, I felt that my dog’s world - and ours - was shrinking due to her reactivity. Even a walk around the neighborhood was so frustrating that it was easy to find reasons not to try. Everything that moved - dog, cat, squirrel, jogger, car, bike, stroller, etc. - prompted full-on hysteria from my dog. It was embarrassing. And the exact opposite of relaxing, which a walk with your dog really SHOULD be, in a perfect world. Honestly, walks still occasionally pose challenges, but her triggers are much fewer, and I now feel that I have effective training tools at my disposal. I am much more confident that my pup and I can meet the day's challenges, learn from them, and move on. Now, the time I spend walking my dog is the absolute best part of my day, and I see her world growing rather than shrinking. I recommend Paw & Order without reservation.

Drew at Paw and Order has been an incredible teacher and coach. From the start, both my puppy and me have learned so much. She learned obedience and I learned how to help her. You could say Drew had to train both of us and he did. Getting a text the day before an appointment from Rebecca was a great reminder. I would highly recommend!!!

We enrolled our Two year old GSP in the three week Stay and Train program with Lee Ann. Our pup came home much better behaved. Taking her for walks is finally enjoyable! She also treated Nala like one of her own during her training,I really appreciated that! I highly recommend Paw and Order!

Lee Ann gave us some great tips on how to train our dogs as we have entered into parenthood. We did the in home training which was a MUST with two small dogs and a baby running around. Penny the pup was our focus and she Is really catching on! It is certainly a work in progress but we have the tools and will try to stay consistent in what we have learned. At this life stage we needed help but other training schedules/locations/costs were not feasible. This was exactly what we needed.

Drew did an amazing job with helping our dog gain confidence through training! She used to be timid with younger children, but her confidence has really blossomed since working with Drew. We were also very happy with response time with Drew. If we had any questions between trainings he was prompt with providing videos or a text to help give us pointers. Overall, we would recommend Drew for anyone whose dog needs help with training! It was great how easy and fun he made it!

We enjoyed our experience with Drew and company. He provided us with wonderful information on how we could improve some of Leo’s issues. He was easy to work with and really listened to our needs. I would definitely contact him again if we have future needs.

We are so glad that we chose Upstate Paw And Order. Lee Ann is an excellent dog trainer. Our puppy stayed with Lee Ann for three weeks and came back home as a much better well-behaved puppy. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience working with Lee Ann at Paw & Order. She was great with our dogs, Ellie & Enzo, who had very different training needs. We wanted to correct some negative behavior that Enzo (adult toy Yorkie) had while also building positive behaviors with Ellie (6 m/o mini Goldendoodle puppy). When we signed up for in-home training, we had no idea what we were doing with training our dogs on our own and did not know what to expect from the experience. We just knew we wanted to feel more in control of our dogs for everyone's health, safety & enjoyment. After we completed training with Lee Ann, both of our dogs are more calm, receptive to our commands, and we feel confident bringing them out in public, walking them around our neighborhood, or having company over our home. They aren't jumping or barking and know all basic commands like: sit, wait, down, leave it, heel, let's go, watch me, come. We have always loved our dogs to pieces, but we can say now that we are able to enjoy a more peaceful relationship with them as a result of our investment in training with Paw and Order. If you are willing to put in the work with your dog(s), Lee Ann is an amazing trainer and this program is a great value. The whole team is professional, prompt, friendly and reliable! We had a great experience with Lee Ann. We needed some help with our miniature poodles, one (Bruce, 8 years old) who was having some leash aggression issues and the other (Abby, 4 years old) who was recently rescued from a neglect situation and desperately needed some confidence. Lee Ann quickly identified the goals, taught us commands, tips & tricks, and kept us feeling informed & supported along the way. Now Bruce does great with leash-walking and Abby has come out of her shell SO much. Both Abby & Bruce have more confidence & love showing off their new skills. I 100% recommend Lee Ann with Paw & Order!

Wish I had more stars to award. The team came to our home to assess the situation and give clear direction as to how they could help. The biggest issue was the dog barking and growling at my husband. Well today the pup is literally eating out of my husbands hand. What a turn around!. The in-home training was critical to making any change. Our trainer Lee Ann gave clear direction and followed up with email and documents to help us move forward. She was always on time and ready to go. Everything here has changed due to her training. Value receive for money invested- for sure.

This training is wonderful! Drew is a great trainer, very patient with both humans and canines. I was able to learn along with my dog and have a great bonding experience. The posted videos are super helpful to monitor the way I am approaching training so that my dog gets the most out of it. My dog has come a long way in a short time. I know with continued practice, my dog will be a great pup!

Had a great experience working with Drew! Our 2 yr old Havanese needed some basic training and it was so amazing to see the results! We learned to lead and bond with our dog the way we had always hoped when he got him. We have already referred two of our close friends to Paw and Order!

I just finished up my lessons with Drew and Dakota a one year old German Shepherd we rescued in November. Has made a huge difference in our day to day lives understanding the needs of a very high energy dog. He has also given us so many tools so we can continue to work with Dakota as she grows and improve her skills even further!

I reached out to Paw and Order to help with training of our five year old dog that had recently gone deaf. As a veterinarian, I deal with pet behavior issues frequently, but a middle aged, adult dog that couldn’t hear presented its own unique challenges. She would bark incessantly at visitors in the house, and we didn’t have great methods to correct her behavior. This was an issue when going out on walks as well. We also had a new puppy in the house, so we engaged Drew’s service for both pups. Drew was willing to help come up with creative training suggestions for our deaf dog which greatly improve quality of life in the house for all. Training the two dogs at the same time increased the workload a bit, but both dogs are much better behaved after Drew’s visits. I now am confident recommending Drew to clients looking for help with their pets as well.

Drew Brashier with Paw and Order Dog Training was great. He was a tremendous help in instructing my wife and myself on how to train our 10 month old Black Lab puppy. Drew is very knowledgeable and help transform our extremely rambunctious puppy into a calmer companion best friend now capable of joining us on fun filled outings.
