I had a serious issue with my high-end gaming PC that I bought just six months ago for $5,400. Out of nowhere, it started randomly shutting down and showing blue screens during games. Called about my pc not booting to windows after installing new motherboard. George was very helpful and told me the problem just a few hours after dropping off my PC. George suggested I replace my motherboard and all the parts I got from the bundle I got. He did not force me to buy anything he thought I didn't need or force me to spend large amounts of money to replace the parts through him instead of returning them to microcenter. George was always friendly and very helpful, if I need to come back for any reason I will be back here

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
I took my laptop here because it wouldn’t charge, and he told me it could be the motherboard, which would cost $800 to fix. He kept going on about the motherboard, making it seem like he wanted me to spend as much money as possible. He kept my laptop for two weeks and then told me it was the charger port, so I left it with him. He said it was fixed, but when I came back, it still wasn’t working. Then he told me he’d replace the battery, so I left it with him for another week.
He texted me saying it was charging, but when I got there and tested it, it still wasn’t charging. I was finally excited to get my laptop back, only for him to tell me I needed to check it myself to see if it was working—which could have easily been done by just seeing if the battery percentage was going up. It just felt like he didn’t want to help me. All he did was throw high prices at me and try to charge me $200 for nothing.
If I could give this guy 0 stars a hundred times over, I would. Most frustrating experience I’ve had in all of 2024. 0 stars.

We reached out to you after your review regarding the $145 payment for the charger port replacement and labor, which we initially provided at no charge. And other places can fix it to you because we already changed the power port and because the pc not even cost 300 dollars that’s why we did for FOR FREE so no one can do that for you sir FYI we asked you to get a new charger from anywhere, and keep your mind if we didn’t change the charger port that you should pay for it and you did block when we sent messages this laptop never going to work without the new charger port Unfortunately, both numbers we used were blocked. While we respect your opinion, we kindly ask for fairness in your review, as we believe we did everything possible to assist you, including offering free service even FREE PART!!. If there’s anything further we can do to resolve the matter, please let us know.

My review's a bit late. George did a fantastic job resuscitating our failing laptop so we could transfer files from it. He's friendly, skilled, efficient and thorough. I was blinded by all 5-star reviews to send my PC to the PC Problem Solving place for display problem. Instead of fixing the problem, they damaged my motherboard or CPU. Now the CPU light on the motherboard is red. And they charged me two hours service fee for only one hour work!
I will never use this service again.
