Hitch did it all and then some. We would have been up a certain creek if we hadn't gone with his advise and findings. I cannot recommend PSHI enough!

Hitch was thorough with his inspection of my property and explained everything in detail as he went through the process. He answered all my questions and gave me many valuable suggestions. He was there for four hours and supplied me with a detailed report when he finished. His cost for the inspection was very competitive. Excellent company! Very thorough inspection. The photos and write-ups of every item noted was top notch. If you are a buyer, hire Hitch! As a home buyer you need to know EXACTLY what you are buying.
