Gary Batasar is an exceptional lawyer. God sent him to me and I want everybody to listen very carefully. I am a spiritual man, I believe in God, I pray every day, I was faced with some of the worst accusations against me by somebody I loved and cared for. I looked him up and I came into his office and the day I came into his office he was putting together a workout bench for his daughter - and so as I waited, I volunteered to help him and he said, come on let's do it together. He was dressed normally not like a lawyer, trying to look to impress somebody but very casually, which made me feel at ease. His comments about, let's do it together to fix the workout bench for his daughter was exactly how he dealt with my case. So that's precisely how our relationship formed in the preparations of our case. He said let's do it together. Provide me the details, give me the road map, I don't know your life, but I wanna know everything about how this happened to you and I followed his instruction. The Lord made me follow his instruction. He mastered the case, understood nuance, understood every single part of the evidence, the flaws in the crowns case and the weaknesses in the statement of the witness. We now moved to the trial - I wish I can have this on video - watching this man in action is nothing short of poetry in motion, Michael Angelo Painting the Sistine Chapel stroke by stroke, he dismantled the evidence of this woman. His cross examination was scintillating. It was a mastery of law. Mr. Batasar knows the law like the back of his hand. Every allegation was refuted by him he cross examined the witness to the point where she wanted to argue with him and he deflated her, at the end of the day, there was nothing else you could say; he caught her lying and perjuring herself. He caught all of the inconsistencies and he did it with masterful technique only to be seen in the movies because there's no other way of describing this man, he is out of this world. God sent him to me. Thank you, Mr. Batasar - not guilty all counts. I will always pray for you in my prayers every morning. Gary you are a man that God sent and you may not know it, but there is a purpose for you in this life to save people. I went to Gary at one of the lowest points in my life. I was charged with very serious charges with the possibility of significant jail time. He was kind, caring, and compassionate. He took his time to explain the process and calm me down. He also spoke to my family members to let them know that it would be OK because everybody was quite upset at what was happening. Gary is truly a remarkable man he prepared his case with great detail he spoke to the prosecutor whenever he could to ensure that my case was being looked at properly. His experience being in the court, so many years definitely has its pluses -he went to the right prosecutor at the right time and had a discussion, and they agreed to withdraw my charges based on his input and his review of the law pointing out some of the issues with the case and where there was no evidence.
