Zoey and the team are amazing. They were able to accommodate my schedule and get the inspection done in a very timely manner. Noticed issues I would not and created a very detailed report. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an inspection.

I'm compelled to give a 1-star rating. However, it's worth noting that the business has closed, possibly due to their lack of knowledge in structural matters, despite claiming to be structural engineers.
