Ian, Michelle and Jada were amazing from start to end. Had detailed reportd after each visits play time and very customer service oriented geam. 🤍🩷 they took care of my cat and did amazing job in updating me sharing really great shots 😍 friendly team and would definitely recommend them 😊

Perfect Paws is taking care of my cats several times per year, since they started operationa few years ago. I can honestly state, that they are the best out there and that is not an overstatement, it is the simple truth. The best reference of a pet sitter is, if you return home and your pets haven't even missed you, because they had fun with the sitter. And it is not just one sitter- all of the Perfect Paws employees work at the same high level. To me and my cats Perfect Paws are family!

These guys saved me last minute when l needed help with my pet cat Martini and the stray cats that l feed in my garden. They were super responsive, communicated and explained the process super well and sent me photos and videos of Martini with each visit they did. I cannot recommend them enough.

I actually don’t know where to start! Those people are amazing, starting from Ian when I first contacted him just to check on their service; as I was totally hesitant about the fact of having strangers come in my apartment to take care of my pets (although cats always prefer to stay home and don’t like changing places). Ian is extremely professional in dealing with pets and pets parents, also he’s totally understanding and supportive and gives solutions and answers to all my questions.. the company is obviously reliable and trust worthy, I saw all this in my own eyes.. the everyday report which used to be sent by the pet sitter from the moment they arrive till the minute they leave was my best part of the day during my vacation.. as much as I missed my cats during my 15 days travel, but I was so happy and relaxed knowing that they had lots of fun with Jeff, no words cannot describe how kind, caring and supportive he is, he LOVES HIS JOB! I could see that from the photos, report and home cam :) even his photos taken for the cats are the best photos I have for them! And the cherry on top was the beautiful sweet gift he kept for Ace and Luna in his last day.. looking forward for the coming vacation soon… hiiiiighly recommended! They offer a stress-free pet caring service with lovely sitters. Communication is made easy through their app and it’s so nice to get detailed reports with photos and videos of the visits. They took great care of my cats and I highly recommend.

Totally recommending! Best company!!! Amazing and professional approach, along with super comfortable App with schedule and daily reports. I asked the team to help me at very last moment when I was in a pickle already and despite their full schedule the team still agreed to help. Since they started their job I was really calm in my head, allowing myself to relax and enjoy the time abroad with my family. I will definitely use their services again. ❤️

I could not say better things about Ian, Raymonn, Patrick and the team! They accommodated a very last minute request from me to watch my new kitten Mo while I traveled. They took such good care of him, from playtime to meals to keeping my apartment spotless. They even helped me get him to the vet! He’s happy and thriving and I owe a lot to the team for it. Not to mention, with the app I got such good quality updates - detailed, and the photos and videos were such beautiful quality!
