I found the company via online search for permit related structural and architectural drawings, I was not sure what to expect. Fortunately it turned out to be a great experience. Farzin, Bahar and their team are very professional, easy to work with and deliver the results as promised and on time. I used this company not too long ago for designing + preparing drawings for a applying permit for a dwelling unit. These guys understand the Ontario Building Code really well. Extremely prompt in responses. Throughput until I successfully received the actual permit. Highly recommend for their service and professionalism.

I had an exterior rendering done for my home
and it was a very positive experience from start to finish ..... they were very responsive throughout the whole process and finished my rendering in a timely manner.
