Excellent service

Kevin is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the PC. My hard drive was dying a slow death and my video was also dying. My computer was old and Kevin suggested that I buy a new one instead of repairing the old one. He spent time with me figuring out which notebook would be best for me. When the new one came in he transferred all the data from the old one to the new one. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is have computer issues.

Kevin Perry provided a PC service on the Cape that I was unable to find elsewhere. I was tired of the bureaucracy of the big box stores, which provide zero personal insight. Kevin came to our home, very pleasant, got to work and solved the complex problem promptly. Prices fair. I will use him again with confidence, again.

Kevin Perry is a rockstar! My old computer crashed and in desperation I called a friend who recommended him. He came the next day, (wow!) and concurred that it was time to purchase a new machine. He ascertained my level of tech knowledge and suggested a Dell all-in-one that suited my needs, space limitation as well as my budget. In a few days my new toy was here and Kevin spent the morning installing and checking to be sure that I was comfortable with all aspects of its operation. His fees are reasonable!

Kevin responded very promptly to my request for computer problems, came to my residence and quickly diagnosed problems with a failed attempt to update to WINDOWS 11. That attempt resulted in a series of problems when I returned to WINDOWS 10. Kevin completed a fresh install of WINDOWS 11, transferred important files from an older computer and diagnosed a serious hard drive failure, replacing the old mechanical hard drive with a new solid state drive. The results are amazing. I would recommend Perry's Computer Services whloeheartedly.

I learned about Perry's Computer Services Cape Cod from reading his website, including the excellent reviews on his website. I then called him regarding setting up a new laptop. Kevin came to our home and did an excellent job setting this up, some of which he did remotely from his home. I then called Kevin regarding a problem with Outlook I have been experiencing for some time on my Windows 11 desktop. Kevin also worked on my desktop remotely and again he did a great job.
