Took my dog in yesterday for a bath and nail trim. I asked the staff to NOT use any colognes, perfumes, or scented shampoos. They assured me they would not use scented products. 24 hours later and I have to wear a mask to be around my dog because of the terrible perfume scent. I get migraine headaches that are triggered by scents. Then, they could not file my dog's nails . I am so done with PetSmart. More like PetStupid. I'd write more but I feel like I'm going to throw up. Thanks a lot morons.

They are polite and do their job.

Had an appointment scheduled for my dog and showed up to drop her off and they told me her groomer was out with Covid. Overheard their conversation and they knew about this the day before. Her appointment was for middle of the afternoon. Couldn’t fit me in their schedule anytime convenient for me and nothing to offer for my wasted time (1 hour) over my lunch break I spent driving to pick her up from home then to Pet Smart then back home then to work. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service with the current grooming staff.

Disappointed to see and hear that the adoptable cats are sharing space together when sick, and the associates seem to not care at all. I let a team member know that one cat in particular was wheezing through its mouth, sneezy, and had gunk in its nose and eyes just to make sure they were aware. The associate said literally word for word “90% of cats have feline herpes, so it’s probably that”. I asked if it is being treated or if it’s safe to then share space with 10 other cats and they said “they are all from the same shelter and probably all have it anyway”. I then asked if they KNOW its feline herpes and they said “there is no test for it” which just simply IS NOT TRUE!!! So sad to see a PET STORE not care about pets, and then charging $135 to adopt them. Bold face lying not only about pet health and safety, but also about caring about animals is the number one way to lose customers AND PETS. This is a common experience I’ve had at pet smart in general, not just this location. Please do not shop at pet smarts and stop funding them if they obviously DO NOT CARE about you or your pets.

I am disappointed, I went to PetSmart for the first time to bathe my dog, I knew that something was wrong when I take her with me and then I noticed that her ear was still wet, and they only cut the nails on her back paws (I was very specific about trim her nails, ALL of them). If you can't provide good service, don't receive dogs. I won't go again, I wanted to find a good place for her and it was a scam.

It is always something at this place. They are extremely slow and do not get the job right. They have nicked my dogs in the past. They were not clear with the services provided and they upgraded my service (with nothing to show for it) without explaining to me what was being done. I called customer service to work out a solution and they said they would fix my dog in 3 weeks. yikes. I would go somewhere else for a quality dog grooming.

Our girl Riley was in for a bath,nail trim, a brushing. They did a great job with her!! Would definitely use them again
