After paying for my items. The other saleslady suddenly chased me outside the store and asked repeatedly “did you get the medicine from the bag?” I showed my receipt but she would not even looked at it and just repeated her question. She has no manners. She did not even apologised.

I placed and online order and received a text message from the store advising that the item was out of stock. They offered a substitute but I opted for a refund. The cost of the item was refunded but not the shipping. No one has responded to my requests so I have had to escalate this. I will not be purchasing from here again.

Gabby was a delight and extremely helpful and polite and assisted me in finding all my items and even asked the pharmacist for advice. For sun a young lady she has exceptional customer service skills

They are very lucky to have such amazing staff. Young lady with glasses was incredibly helpful. I haven’t had service like that in a long time!

I have never had a problem with the pharmacy side, always helpful and Honestly can't complain. Today I had to make my purchase at the front counter and I will never be back there again. If you are that bothered to serve someone then why are you working at the counter, I do not appreciate eye rolls, like seriously get over yourself. Also too much trouble to say hello, seriously just get eye rolls, gum chewed in my face when all I wanted to do was buy my medication and go home. In the end I just left without buying anything. 20 years I have worked as a retail manager and if I knew my staff was doing that to customers I would maybe suggest that this isn't for them.

WRONG PRODUCT AND LATE DELIVERY. i did an online order. I got my parcel after 25 days after making few calls. And I received wrong product. Please think twice before order anything.

I was going to buy some a few items, but the staff in this pharmacy watch you and tell staff members to stand at the end of the aisle to make sure you are not stealing. I don't appreciate being followed around the whole pharmacy! Never coming back to this pharmacy!

If I could give zero stars I probably would. The only person keeping this at 1 star is Zara who was actually good to deal with and without her, I'm sure this place would be out of business. Ordered express post online. After 10 days, I asked for refund as there was no shipment. Was then told - It had been "processed" and "It just wasn't picked up by Aus Post". Was told I'd get express shipping cost back - but have to accept the goods or send them back for refund - because it was "shipped". Even though I'd bought them elsewhere and I asked for a refund 2 days earlier. But accepted - ok...well I get express back plus refund for the one item missing. Fine. After a good chat with Zara. I then didn't get the express post refunded...at all. They still charged me for a delivery and refunded me only $2 for something that was 12 days to deliver. The e-mail's back and forth were just infuriating as felt I wasn't getting absolutely anywhere, to the point I've now just given up as it's not worth my time any more. They were just protecting their money instead of enacting any sort of proper customer service. Will never, ever shop here again - and would recommend others to steer clear.
