WOW - What an excellent service! We used them to try and freshen up our tired looking stair carpet rather than replacing it before Christmas. The service was quick, friendly and professional with great pre visit advice and communication. Absolutely blown away by the results and the carpets look brand now, as well as the price being great. Well worth using their services for any work you need.

Waw what else is there to say. We have a puppy that is eventually house trained. We had multiple stains that Robin cleaned. Very professional experienced and a great guy. 6 months from the above post puppy house trained but shedding so much hair. Robin did a fantastic job professional extremely polite we've had the rest, pardon the pun "Robin is the best"

I was so embarrased at what state our landing carpet was in, but Robin was brilliant right from booking, to contacting us with reminders and letting us know when he was arriving, right to finishing the job. Amazing service.Robin was extremely knowledgable and gave good advice on the carpet,the carpet needed a good clean due to kids:) and a variety of spills etc ,my carpet looks brand new. Amazing, thanks again Robin.Will be booking again.

Cannot recommend Robin from Phoenix enough! His knowledge and scientific explanations behind the cleaning process are outstanding, and just watching him meticulously scanning the carpets with his UV light before beginning the process, we knew we'd booked a professional and thorough service! You really do get what you pay for, and Robin's service is worth every penny. We've been potty training a toddler and have a crawling baby, so having clean carpets is an absolute necessity. When I suggested that we'd thought about cleaning the carpets ourselves, Robin explained the differences between his service and that of a DIY machine, and I'm so happy we chose to have it done professionally. The house now smells divine and the carpets look brand new! Will definitely be booking again, and recommending to everyone!
