Fantastic! Kimbert was fantastic. He was a great driver and was always there right on time for our 3 rides. He gave great info about the area and even provided refreshments. (Rum, beer, water, soda). Highly recommend.

March 2020 Vacation in Paradise My fiancé and I visited St lucia right before corona took over. Both Alisha (email contact) and Kimbert (driver) were phenomenal. Kimbert was waiting upon our arrival and his van had cold drinks, WiFi, and was comfortable/had ac. Kimbert knew absolutely everything about the island and the hotel transfer was more like an island tour in itself. He stopped at a view point to take our picture and offered a few other times. We used the service from the airport to Marigot Bay, from Marigot to Soufriere, and from Soufriere to the airport. We had to change our plans due to Coronavirus on our departure and Kimbert was ultra responsive and accommodated with no issue. He has Piton beer (great), soda, water, and rum available during the ride which is awesome. He also stopped at the grocery store twice for us to go in and shop. I will definitely be returning to the island because it’s amazing and will 100 percent book Kimbert again. I would recommend PHV to anybody traveling to the island for transfer or tour, as they will make your life very easy on your vacation in paradise. Thank you Kimbert!

Great Experience! PHVTours is excellent in all aspects. Before our trip: It was a breeze setting up our airport pickup, hotel transfer, airport drop off, as well as a schedule for a full day of experiencing the best of St. Lucia. Alisha was very responsive and helpful over email. During our trip: Kimbert welcomed us at the airport and was the perfect guide, patiently answering all our questions and pointing out the sights on our way to our hotel. Alisha took us on a day tour of the south part of the island, adjusting our schedule on the fly so we could stay ahead of the the expected crowds of other tourists. Very important to help us "social distance" from others during these trying times. Her thorough knowledge of the activities and best times to go really made our experience great. Kimbert again took us to our second hotel and back to the airport at the end of our stay. He made stops along the way & we got see even more of the island, as he imparted his knowledge of the island's history as well as the current state of things. Can't recommend PHVTours enough! Would love to go back to St. Lucia, and if/when that happens, would definitely contact PHVTours again to help us get around! Thank you Kimbert & Alisha!

Kimbert was fantastic! We booked PHV Tours so that we could avoid the long shuttle ride from the airport after a busy day of travel. It was a fantastic choice! I found this company by reaching out on the Sandals La Toc Fans Official Facebook page prior to our trip. Kimbert was highly recommended. Their email response time is crazy fast, like minutes! Cost was great -- $100 for 4 people and that included cold water, beer, soda, and rum. Kimbert shared a ton of interesting facts about the island as we made our way to the resort. He also made a quick stop so we could snap our first official photo. He was incredibly professional, but also super personable. His vehicle was perfectly clean and safe. We even opted to reach out during our stay at Sandals to see if he was available to take us from La Toc to the Grande. Again, response time was mere minutes. I would highly recommend Kimbert and PHV to anyone looking for private transfers while on the island.

Awesome The ride was quick and comfortable. Left the airport WELL before the hotel shuttle and in more comfort. Our driver was incredibly personable and had a great sense of humor. He provided beer, water, soda, and local rum. Well worth the money! Thanks!

The Best in Saint Lucia! Our first visit to Saint Lucia and Kimbert made us feel welcomed from the moment he picked us up at the airport. Our Windjammer Landing Resort was on the opposite side of the island and he provided us with some info about the island during our 1 hour plus transfer. We took a full day tour a couple of days later and visited many beautiful locations including Soufriere, Botanical Gardens, Drive in Volcano, Castries Market and many more. Kimbert was an excellent host and we had a great day. Kimbert took pictures and gave us guidance and info about many things experienced. Return trip to the airport was handled by his lovely wife Alisha, who was great! We are always a bit hesitant about arrangements on a first time visit to a destination, but trusted the great TripAdvisor reviews for PHVTours. We were not disappointed! Excellent service We booked a return airport transfer through PHV, and had Kimbert as our driver. Such a nice, friendly, cool guy, who made our long trip to Bay Gardens Beach Resort in the North of the Island, a pleasure. He was waiting at the airport, even though our flight was early, and knows all of the short cuts to miss the traffic, and got us there in record time. We felt completely safe on the winding roads,and he even provided free drinks. My wife loved the music on the way back too.

Professional and fun Kimbert is the bomb! He took us from one resort to the other. He knows all about the island and can take you anywhere you want to go or see along your journey. Picked us up in a sweet ride equipped with plenty to drink, took us to go see Francis (a local Rasta-man with his guitar) who serenaded us with some Bob Marley love songs overlooking a beautiful community in St. Lucia (we were honeymooning). We should've booked him for the ride back to the airport but now we know. He also has a great since of humor and is an all around stand up guy and happy person. Very patient as well as he dropped us off to pick out some souvenirs that took much longer than expected.

Great tour The tour was amazing. Our driver was Jerry and we had a great time with him. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the island. He knows everyone, literally everyone! It was so much fun! I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing service! My husband and I had Kimbert as our driver for a roundtrip airport transfer and day excursion to Tet Paul, the botanical gardens, sulfur springs, etc. Every aspect of the service was top notch, from the initial email communications, to finding Kimbert at the airport, to our conversations, to the driving... he so safely and expertly navigated the island's winding and steep roads! Highly recommend.

Book. Them. NOW! Every aspect of our experience with PHV was excellent. Alisha quickly got in touch with us to discuss pricing and our needs before our trip. She was very clear with what we could expect, pricing and extremely responsive throughout our entire correspondence. When we landed at the airport, Kimbert was waiting for us outside with a sign. He immediately helped us with our bags and brought us to his beautiful Audi filled with complimentary sodas, Piton Beer + rum. After a flight, this is so what we needed to start our vacation off on the right foot. We were worried about the drive to our hotel after reading reviews of the rough switchbacks on the island, but Kimbert was an amazing driver - the hour long ride was extremely smooth, we never felt sick. He was so informative along our drive, pointing out special landmarks and gave us the history of the island (he also provides great recommendations). We arranged to have him pick us up at our hotel at the end of the trip to get back to the airport - he arrived promptly on time and gave us another wonderful drive back to the airport. I can't say enough good things about this service and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to St. Lucia. Thank you Alisha + Kimbert!

Great Local Setvice/Drivers!!! My husband and I just went to St. Lucia for our honeymoon and we used PHVTOURS as our transportation service. Kimbert picked us up from the airport and took us to our resort. He is super knowledgeable friendly and we had a great time with him. He then picked us up a couple days later and took us on a tour of the island. We got to choose all the things we wanted to do. It was nice because we weren’t stuck on anyone else’s time frame. Again Kimbert was our driver and he did an amazing job. The price is very reasonable. Also, they are quick to respond to your requests. Great local drivers!!!!

Fantastic Transfer and Tour Kimbert was fantastic! The car is very nice - well air-conditioned, luxurious and smooth riding with Kimbert as your drive. Very important on these winding roads. We used Kimbert three times - from the airport to our hotel in the North, to transfer between a hotel in the north to one in the south with a full-day tour in the middle, and a transfer back to the airport from our second time. Every time, he showed up slightly early, ready to go, with a cooler full of water, beer and soda. He is very knowledgeable about the island and gave us a great tour, with lots of interesting information. He also played photographer for us, offering to take photos at all the scenic stops! I can't recommend him more highly!

Awesome tours!! Our driver Kimbert was waiting for our group of 4 at the airport. On our way to the hotel he stopped at the best picture taking spots on the island. He was very friendly. We had fun on all 4 days we were with him. Kimbert taught us about the history and culture of the island. Our trip to Pigeon island was an awesome adventure. He went with us all the way to the top of Pigeon island and explained everything along the way. He took us to the rum factory, where he waited for us to tour it and taste all of the different flavors. He then took us to the chocolate factory and waited for us to make our own chocolate and take a tour there as well. He had suggestions for the best sights to see and do. We had a lot of laughs and fun along the way. Kimbert also picked us up the day we were leaving with plenty of time to stop and take a few more pictures before our flight. Awesome job Kimbert!! I would definitely recommend him and PHV Tours for your island adventures!!

Transfer and Tour PHV is a great way to get around the island and Kimbert is an excellent driver and host!!! Very professional and great communications. I booked everything through email and not a problem thanks Alisha. Kimbert is very knowledgeable on the island and probably should drive at Indy! First visit there and so happy i didn't try to rent a car. Kimbert took us to the volcano one day and a tour. Was very helpful in trying to find us postcards. Highly recommend if you need a ride in St Lucia!!!

Great tour Highly recommend this tour - Kimbert was great, informative & friendly. We learned a lot about this lovely island before going to watch England win at cricket! The whole booking process was easy & communication via email was extremely quick too. Having boreholes this in advance meant we could relax knowing Kimbert would be waiting at the airport for us.

Airport transfer St. Lucia The PHV tour gave us a ride to and from the airport and stopped at a few places to take pictures as well as stopping for groceries. They charged 75 dollars each way, which was lower than the going rate at the airport or what our hotel offered. The vehicle was a luxurious Audi. They also offer day trips. I would highly recommend using this company to travel through St. Lucia.
