Veronica is a delight! This is my second piercing with her, so when I walked in I was so happy to see her! Today she did my dermal piercing between my boobs. I told her I wanted it to be discreet / hidden for my eyes only. She was so lovely and caring and put me at ease about the pain threshold, as there was nothing to it! She was very helpful to explain where to have it done with all the pros and cons. Once this has healed I will go back to get the stud changed for sure. I have several piercings, but the most significant ones—both my nipples and my Prince Albert—were done at Pierce Me London, specifically by Veronica. I had my nipples pierced at the end of 2022 and recently returned for my Prince Albert in late 2024. This was actually my second time getting the Prince Albert, as my first attempt (done abroad, not with Pierce Me London) was a mistake. It was poorly done, and I had to remove it, let it heal, and start over. Veronica and the team at Pierce Me London were incredibly kind during the consultation. They examined the situation and reassured me that it wasn’t a big deal, recommending I take it out and let it heal before attempting it again. At first, I resisted because I didn’t want to give up, nor go through the pain again; but their expertise and professionalism convinced me otherwise. They truly saved me from further issues. Fast forward a few months: I returned to Veronica to get it done properly, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. She took the time to listen to what had happened previously and what my concerns were, explain what went wrong, and guide me toward the best decisions for moving forward. Her level of care, attention, and unmatched expertise made all the difference. We worked together on a plan, and her professionalism gave me total confidence. Now, the piercing is healing beautifully, with significantly less pain and hassle than my first experience abroad. Yes, some may find Pierce Me London slightly on the pricier side, but let me tell you—it’s worth every penny. When it comes to piercings, you don’t want to cut corners. Usually I have good experiences with this place, but now my lip piercing is healed after 6 months, I'm quite disappointed. I dropped in earlier than their last online-bookable timeslot as a walk-in just in case I wasn't able to make the time. I mentioned to the receptionist that I wanted a lip piercing that I could eventually put a lip ring in, which I assumed was communicated to the piercer, but I also had asked the piercer for what millimetre horseshoe ring I could fit into the piercing once healed, so I could change it myself once fully healed. I feel like the piercing itself was very much a rushjob to get me out of there ASAP, and I wasn't asked about the placement like I usually am, otherwise I would have asked for it to be closer to the lip. Now that 6 months have passed and my piercing has healed, not only was the 8mm ring way too small and would have cut into my lip if I left it in (so was a 10mm that I later tried), but the larger size of my lip along with the low placement of the piercing means that I can only wear a 12mm comfortably, and it just looks massive, sticks out awkwardly, and clatters against my teeth. It makes a beautiful side labret piercing if I leave a stud in, but that's not what I wanted, and now I have to start the 6 month process all over again.

I wanted to get a piercing for a very long time however I wasn’t sure where to get it done. I did my research and found this place and the best part is it being closer to my work place. I contacted them through social media and they informed me to email them with all my queries. I absolutely loved how detailed their response was and I decided to go in person as a walk-in to get my anatomy checked. When I was about to enter at first I was feeling a bit intimidated but when I entered I couldn't believe how sweet and nice everyone was towards me. As a Hijabi I was a bit scared of the judgment but the way they explained me everything and encouraged me I felt so relaxed. That day the on-site female piercer was Veronica who checked my anatomy and advised me to go ahead with the floating one and I trusted her judgment. She then made me choose the jewellery and gave me time to think and let her know whenever I was ready. I chose the piece I wanted and then filled out the form and meanwhile Veronica was preparing everything. I went to the room and she marked the place where I wanted my piercing and asked me to check. At this point I was getting a bit nervous and asked if it was going to hurt a lot and she assured me that it won't. While I was doing my research I saw everywhere they use a clamp first and this is what I expecting. To my surprise she did not use the clamp at all and the whole procedure was completed before I could know. It honestly felt like the prick you get while doing blood tests. I then asked her why she didn't use the clamp and she said she does it free-hand to make the experience less painful and she was right. She then explained me how to take care of my piercing and I bought the after-care solution from them as well. It's been 2 weeks and Alhamdulillah the piercing is healing well. I absolutely recommend this place and Veronica for your piercings.
