I chose this service based on a friend's recommendation and the positive reviews I read. While Pinky was efficient, made everything easy for you, and completed everything promptly, when I asked her to clarify some aspects of my taxes after she finished, she was vague and seemed unwilling to want to go through it. After the deadline, I received a notice from the IRS stating that my taxes were unpaid because she entered the wrong routing number, resulting in a fine I had to pay. I reached out to her about this mistake but never received a response. Additionally, because of this error, the check was sent by mail and cashed by someone else, and now I have to go through a lengthy process to recover it.
