Very disappointing with a general lack of care or understanding. Appears to have lowered in standards in the past 12 mon

☹ Dirty, rundown. No storage or hangers/ hooks for clothes. Sofa’s broken and wall clock also broken. Shower pipe to short to reach your head. Old stained bedding. Some of the spa/sauna facilities not open or working. Very tired gym. Reception staff not welcoming.

Nice for 1 - 2 days.
☺ The whole idea with 2 floors is kinda nice!
It’s like you have a little apartment for your own.
☹ The breakfast is not very good, plus you have to get a ticket by the reception first (even when you booked with breakfast) beds are kinda hard but that’s not rare in Thailand. They could be a lot more friendly at the reception.

喧騒を離れたリゾートライフ
☺パタヤ的な喧騒からは離れているため、ゆったりとした休日を過ごすのにはうってつけ。
レストランは以前のようなビュッフェをやってはいないが、宿泊者にはオプションで朝食を食べられるだけでなく、外来者でも夜の8時まで飲食を楽しめる。
プールは大きくはないが満足感が高い。
宿泊者は150Bでサウナも楽しめる。
サウナはフィンランドタイプとミストタイプの2種類。
パタヤシティでの滞在と違い、ホテルの周りには徒歩圏内でいろいろ楽しめる場所は無いが、このレストランとプールのクオリティの高さがあれば数日をゆったりと過ごしたい人には最適なホテルと言える。
☹なんと言ってもアクセスが悪い。車かバイクは必須。
立地はスクンビット沿いだが、パタヤシティまで行くとホテルに戻るためにかなり南側まで余分に走らなければいけない。
滞在はスイートの部屋だったが、施設としてはかなり古さを感じる。
プール自体の満足感は高いがハエが多い。

Thanks for your feedback, we do have bike for rent and if you going for a quiet holiday with free sauna as we offer this month then a perfect place, also very close to all activities.

☹ I just don't like a women red-headed she's working in the reception she's not Respectful person she racist person exactly she's racist who come there Middle eastern countries and turkey if you go there you can understand when you looking her eyes how she hate and not Respectful I hope the hotel Boss he Fair her soon than became the hotel more better
