Operating hours are terrible. Gym closes wayyyyyy to early on weekends and opens late every morning. Gyms should be open early and close late

After providing 6 months notice to cancel my contract, planet fitness auto renewed my membership the following year. Try get hold of the club manager Anesh, never available and not responsive to a single email or call. Cowardly run business.

The gym is much improved since they started upgrading the facility. The HVAC finally works. Some of the new equipment isn't the greatest, but overall it's a good gym.

It is very clear that hygiene is not important to the management of this club! The showers, toilets and changing rooms are always dirty.
The showers are full of hair and the hot water is always off.
It seems like the management is scared of the cleaning crew. It’s ridiculous.

Extremely bad experience. Do not recommend. Take care to get a printed contract and do not sign on an Ipad as the sales consultants do not follow through on promises and lied to us in order to get us to sign.

I’m a member of the planet fitness signature at the Marc and due to water issues we had to make use of the Wanderers signature gym.
This gym needs some work showers untidy , cleanliness is not the best toilets are not clean. How is the wanderers gym classified as a signature where it falls short in so many places.
I hope that you guys Improve on this.

Nothing works, solar hasn't been working for months and months. Steam room glass has been broken for weeks and today there is no water. The other day water cold the whole day. How can everything just not work though
I wish I can review this place 100 times and warn ppl not to join. Worst place. If the steam works, sonar doesn't. If both works there is no water. What a mess

This gym is an inconvenience and unreliable.
Fresh body towels aren't always available. It's a gamble with the water, one day there is water, the next day there isn't. There is no excuse given it's meant to be a "signature" club.
As others have mentioned, the constant announcements over the intercom notifying that the club is going to close every 10-15 minutes is extremely annoying.
Other planet fitness clubs are far better and better managed, especially my experience with Sandton and Morningside.
