Dr Linda is great. I find good service invaluable, Dr Linda is an excellent dentist and very nice to deal with. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. Recently moved to the area looking for a new dentist, this place had great great reviews so booked in. I’m a shift worker so my sleep and hours are a bit all over. I had worked a night shift and tried to stay up for my appointment but fell asleep. Was a complete accident, I rang instantly and apologised profusely. The receptionist was not understanding, still wanted to charge me because her dental nurse and dentist had no work for an hour and said to rebook I had to pay another deposit! Like dentists are so poor that missing an hour broke the bank. I could understand if I was a repeat offender but it was my very first appointment and there was no give or compromise at all. The lady on the phone was short and rude. Horrible experience. As if it doesn’t cost enough to see a dentist. Was very disappointed and thought the customer service would be at a higher level. Cannot comment on the dentists as I did not even get to see one. Booked in with New Age Dental in Bundoora. Best dental clinic I have ever been to! The dentists are wonderful and caring and spend time with you explaining and ensuring you understand. They genuinely care and all the receptionists are lovely and make you feel so comfortable. My experience with Plenty Smiles has been exemplary. Researching a place to have my implants done was confusing and uninspiring. So many options were presented and conflicting information provided. I am forever grateful that I stumbled across Plenty Smiles. Dr Manuel and his team provided a professional front and information which inspired confidence. He knew exactly what I needed and suggested only that. No confusion, no fear of the procedure. The procedure was booked during my first free consultation and went ahead as planned. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. Thank you, I am very happy with my new smile. My confidence has returned.

Highly recommend this clinic! Dr Linda, Adriana and their assistants were absolutely wonderful! Dr Linda did my check up and assessed my teeth and was very professional and extremely thorough as well as took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail so I was educated on the state of my teeth and how they can be improved. Adriana did my clean and she too was also very thorough and patient with me and helped me understand how to better take care of my teeth. As someone who is rather anxious to go to the dentist, I felt super comfortable and listened to throughout both my visits. Everyone at this clinic was very kind and welcoming and I’ll absolutely be a regular patient here!

Just writing in to provide some feedback on your staff. Firstly Dr. Linda and Morgan along with both their assistants Niri and Charlie were nothing short of amazing during my past 2 visits. The quality of service they provided is genuinely second to none in my experience with dental visits. The level of professionalism as well as their clear efforts to make their patients feel comfortable were great. There was never a doubt in my mind that I was not being taken care of and I was always made to feel I was their first priority during my visits.

I wanted to see a hygienist as my usual dental practice doesn’t offer that service.. and my god! Morgan and Charlie were so great, comforting and knowledgeable. I’m an anxious patient when it comes to the dentist and I’ve never felt so comfortable ever! After that one session, I booked in for another 2 appointments and organized they organized to get my file transferred over from my original dentist, so I can go to this practice from now on! 10/10 service from front desk too!

Plenty Smiles…..they always greet me with a smile! The staff at Plenty Smiles are friendly, and listen to all your concerns to come up with the best possible solution for your dentistry needs, you genuinely feel like you are part of a family once you arrive, they greet you by your name, and that speaks volumes to the customer service they provide. When I was young I used to despise going to the dentist, now it is an enjoyable experience every time I arrive, thanks so much Plenty Smiles Team!

From the moment I went to Plenty Smiles and met Dr. Linda, I was sure I had found ‘my’ dentist. Like many people, I had avoided dental practices for years until I had an emergency. Dr. Linda never once made me feel badly for that decision .. she put me very much at ease. I left my first appointment with a detailed plan of action and all costs listed, so there were no surprises when I chose to begin treatment. Dr. Linda will explain any dental issues and will give treatment options where possible. The work I have had so far is exemplary and my teeth have never looked better. Called the clinic in desperation during the Melbourne lockdown due to a broken tooth that my previous dentists didn't want to treat. Right from the start the team at Plenty Smiles have been a pleasure to deal with. Jess on reception took my initial call and got me booked in. She even took the time to go through the costs and what my options were if the tooth had to be removed to ensure no nasty surprises. The new patient onboarding I did with Jose was equally as seamless. Dr Simon and Dr Manuel (and their team) have both been fantastic at walking me through my treatment process and getting my teeth fixed and healthy again and Arianna has to be one of the gentlest hygienists I've ever met. I've gone from dreading a trip to the dentist knowing that it would be a painful and unpleasant experience, to now feeling very relaxed in the knowledge that the team will do their upmost to keep me pain free and in the loop during the entire treatment process. Very glad I took the chance to swap to their clinic.
