If you’re looking for a delicious Peruvian restaurant with indoor and bar seating then come to Pollo D’Oro located in Brooklyn. Food/drinks: The drinks were made very well and were strong but with good flavor. The food we had was so delicious. I was happy with the steak sandwich and the pasta we ordered. The green sauce on the pasta tasted extra fresh and light. Atmosphere: The place has Peruvian decor and has just the right amount of indoor and bar seating to make it comfortable. They do speak English and Spanish here. Price: The prices here are fairly normal for the prices of restaurants in this location in Brooklyn. You can also go during their happy hour to catch the deals on certain food and beverages. Parking: There is street parking available in the area but it’s very crowded just like everywhere in NYC. We walked here since we were staying about a 10 min walk away.

Wir waren relativ spät und haben glücklicherweise noch einen Tisch bekommen. Die Bedienung war uns behilflich, mit einer Empfehlung, das wir noch schnell etwas zu essen bekommen konnten. Das Cheviche war super und eine gute Portion. Das Steak war ebenfalls fantastisch. Die Bedienung war jederzeit sehr freundlich, schnell und hat uns sehr gut beraten. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

We ordered Peruien pesto pasta and I was amazed how they made it tasty and beautiful in same time.good price is also plus plus. I recommend this place

Came for a happy hour beverage (Sangria) and enjoyed. The customer service was on point from entry to the point of exit. Will be rejoining for food.

I came here as a group 6 and was happy to visit a Peruvian restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The decor was nice and everything was clean. I had the quarter chicken (served with rice and beans) and the Cusco salad. Both were very delicious. The atmosphere got a score of 4 only because the acoustics were not great. Although the restaurant had only 5 tables filled, it was hard to hear each other so the conversation didn't flow as we had hoped. Having spent quite a bit of time in Peru, I wouldn't call these authentic Peruvian, but the food was tasty.

A fun Peruvian Spot. Great Rotisserie Chicken combos and ceviches. The atmosphere could use an update.

After searching the area for a good restaurant we finally settled on Pollo D Oro. Arrived at around 5:30, the restaurant was empty. Only guests there. We were greeted by a server that told us that we could not be seated because a huge party was coming and could be seated at the bar. I found it strange since the reserved area was only two tables . Anyway another sever shouted someone shouted something in Spanish at the server with us and magically a table was available now. I’ve been to restaurants all around the world and have never seen denied seating at an empty restaurant that doesn’t require reservations. Anyway we ordered our food, ate and paid our check. The large party came and it was a whopping 4 people lol. My advice to this restaurant, train your staff on racial biases. There is no need to be so terrified of black people that you would deny seating at an empty restaurant until your coworker has to shout at you saying they can sit since the party is coming later. I speak Spanish, and understood them, but I guess your staff assumes people like me wouldn’t right? POC beware if you choose this restaurant, and expect cold, and nervous service.

I have been coming here for 4 years now and I always leave happy and full! Cocktails are delicious and refreshing. I would recommend the Pisco Punch for starters and make your way to La Re-Tóxica! Favorite appetizers are Papa a La Huancaina, Causa Rellena, y la Jalea! Leche de tigre is a must try and of course Ceviche. Can’t wait to come back!

The lomo saltado was hands down amazing 🥰 not a fan of their strawberry margarita and also the ceviche was ok! The green sauce is very light and natural, the decorations are all from Peru some represents fertility with pps everywhere was so random 😂 we did get little hot in there cus the ac was very low and it was pretty crowded area and seats were close. The food took a little time to come but was not too bad. Will come again and try the pollo 🩷 the fries were great too
