Pool Perfection is a well oiled machine! At every stage of our pool process the staff was spot on with Scheduling and Communication. From the top down, everyone was a pleasure to work with. A special thanks to Nick our project manager for his Courtesy, Knowledge, and professionalism. We could not be more thrilled with the product the Pool Perfection team created.

We were apprehensive about adding a pool to our yard… oh the horror stories you hear each day! But, not for us! Pool Perfection was awesome from start to finish! Even now, if we have a question, the PM and their team responds. The PM not only knows the technical aspects but has above average customer-service skills! Any hiccup, and yes, there were a few as is with any project, were met with “we’re on it”. Shai has a well-oiled machine! The Owner (Shai), the Office staff (especially Tracy), the sales rep, their sub-contractors, are all excellent. Experienced, patient and responsive. Our pool, from dig to 1st swim was less than 2 months - that includes rain delays. We are beyond pleased! Thank you Nick & team for helping us complete our paradise house! Yes, we are year round residents and now, year round swimmers!

The entire team of Pool Perfection were great. For me communication and details are important, from the moment of first meeting, the design, signing contract, to the final permit They delivered that. We are beyond happy how our new pool looks like. The details, perfection, and more important staying on schedule. Nick our project manager was exceptional on his job, professional, on time, open to subjections, excellent communication, and he made sure we were happy and satisfied during the entire process construction. I highly recommend Pool Perfection for any pool project you might have from new build to any other services they offer.

We had the most wonderful experience with Pool Perfection. Nick embodies the highest caliber of customer service. Approximately, 15 months before this review, Nick at Pool Perfection resurfaced our pool. He did exceptional work and taught us everything we needed to know about caring for our "new" pool. Recently, with the family loss of our main pool caretaker, I had to take over the responsibility. When I called Nick, he immediately responded by coming to my house. He showed me everything I needed to know, and used such patience and understanding while doing so. Even after 15 months, Pool Perfection was still supporting us. If I could give 10 stars I would! Use this company, you will not regret it.

Easy to work with. The final product looks amazing. This was a new pool and a spa remodel. They both look brand new and like they were built at the same time. Start to finish a great experience. If something went wrong they were on it to get it fixed. I would recommend Pool Perfection.

Many thanks to the entire team at Pool Perfection. Highly recommended! Nick (Project Manager) was polite, patient and responsive when answering any questions we had and would stop by when we needed assistance. Nick’s weekly communication texts on Monday mornings for the planned work was helpful and appreciated. Drew (Pool Designer) was friendly, professional and thorough. He listened to what we wanted and was able to come up with a magnificent design for our pool and equipment to fit in our backyard. The CGI concept/design video he created was splendid. His video was quite helpful to determine how our finished project would look when completed. All of the staff at Pool Perfection were on the ball getting permits and scheduled as necessary. The workers/contractors involved in the project: from the excavation, rebar assembly, shotcrete, tile, decking, electrical-gas and plumbing equipment (YR Services LLC), to the completion of the pebble finish and finally clean up/grading of the site were completed on time, as scheduled. They showed up to complete the task and worked hard to see it through as planned. It was fun to watch and learn the pool building process and exciting to see the weekly progress. They were all professional, hard working, and got the job finished in a timely manner. Their dedication and craftsmanship allowed our dreams of having our own swimming pool to become reality! We LOVE our new pool! Thanks again to everyone and a big shout out to all involved!

Pool perfection has been a great company to work with. We updated our pool & added a spa & a cage so it was a big project. From the very start our designer Wes helped us get every detail into our design that was important to us & then some! It turned out perfect! Our project manager Nick was amazing answering every question we had without fail with so much patience! He was there at every step to make sure things were moving smoothly & the way it should be done. All in all it too a total of 8 weeks which is exactly what they told us it would be. We are so happy with the way it turned out & would highly recommend pool perfection to anyone looking for a new pool or update. You will not be disappointed!!

Good morning Shai, Mimma and I would like to thank you for a dream come true! They are commencing the finishing on our beautiful pool today. Unfortunately we will not be here for the filling tomorrow. I simply can’t say enough good things about Pool Perfection. We hired Pool Perfection to completely re-do the paving/coping surrounding our pool, as well as install a cage around the pool. Not only is the workmanship impeccable, but the process was a breeze. Nick and his team kept us in the loop with constant communication explaining exactly what we could expect and when. They set what we felt were aggressive timeframes and surprised us by meeting or exceeding them every time. The level of professionalism for this company is unmatched, and we would recommend them to anyone.

We moved into a new home and had planned on having a nice outdoor living space. Came across Pool Perfection by online search, read the reviews and contacted them. Steve, the designer, listened to what I envisioned the pool will be and then draw out of his design plan using 3D which was pretty cool and really gave us a view on how the pool will come out. He came up with a budget that seemed to be reasonable to what we wanted which was better than any other pool company quited us. I loved his design as well. During the process, Nick and the team worked on ensuring the steps and time frame is being met. Unfortunately, due to some unforseen circumstances with permits etc, it took a bit of time to get going again. Nick was available for any questions we had. Their owner, Shai, has also been involved, making sure that everything is going as planned and to address any issues along the way. Even the ladies at the office, answered all our questions and follow ups. The pool and outdoor kitchen came out great! My son loves it! My family spends more time out there than inside! Our neighbors had been complimentary on how it came out really nice, so most of them are looking into putting up a pool soon. We want to thank Pool Perfection for creating this dream space so we can enjoy our new home. We highly recommend for you to get Pool Perfection for any of your pool needs.

The pool looks great! We had a minor hiccup in the beginning but Shai (owner) was professional and stepped in to assure us we’d get the pool done based on our timeline. I really appreciated their flexibility. Nick was a great PM and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The entire team did a fantastic job. I’d highly recommend Pool Perfection!

Before I go into my review I want to start off Thanking Everyone at Pool Perfections for all your kindness and understanding and helping my Family and I get past some unfortunate experience we had with our first contractor. To CEO Shai, Pool Perfection is exactly that Perfection. Your high standards and knowledge of the pool business is instilled in every employee at your Company. It was a pleasure meeting and working with everyone. Be very proud of what you’ve created! We entered into a contract in 2021 to have our pool built. Unfortunatley 6 Months into the contract things turned for the worse. Work basically stopped and communication broke down, leaving us with a giant hole in our yard, debris and mismatched equipment etc. We found out on the news our contractors licenses were terminated leaving us emotionally and financially in distress and embarrassed. After reaching out to numerous companies and explaining our situation. They would decline immediately because of the unknown risks and the history of our original contractor. So I find Pool Perfection online and started my research about the company and was impressed. I call their office and I speak with Trace in sales. I start to explain our situation figuring I was going to get the brush off. Well Trace listened to me for a half hour on the call. She listened and I think we both wept a little. At the end of our conversation she reassured me that everything will be OK and she will get back to me. I want to Thank You Trace for your kindness and understanding. Perfection! 2 Days later I get a call from Justin assigned as the Designer. We spoke on the phone and he was at our house the next day. Justin spent 2 hours with my family and I and he listed to what we went through and what we would need to do to move forward. Since the pool sat for 2 years untouched he noticed some issues of concern. Justin requested Wes Lead Designer to come out for a second opinion and to help confirm a go forward plan. Wes and Justin proposed a plan for our review. Excited we schedule a meeting to meet Justin at their office. As we sat with Justin Shai CEO introduces himself and literally apologizes for our experiences with the other contractor. I sat there amazed. He too assured us we are in good hands and our Dream Pool will be completed. Design Team Wes and Justin. Perfection! Pool Perfection listened to our plans and worked with us on creating a go forward plan and within our budget. The contract and plan they provided was spot on and we signed. Thank you to the Contracts and permitting dept. for expediting everything. Megan, Trace, Tracie and Team Perfection! Next step we get a call from Nick, our project manager. Nick before I go into details of what an outstanding project manager you are. I want to thank you on behalf of my entire family. You are a standup guy. You listened to everything we went through and saw what we were left with. Your sympathetic ears and compassion meant so much to us and we are truly grateful to know you and call you a friend! Nick is the best project manager I ever had the opportunity to work with. His knowledge of the business and his communication skills are extraordinary. Nick keeps you informed on every phase of the project. Once a trade is assigned we walks you through the process. Once trade is completed he is on site to inspect and if all’s good moves on to the next phase. Nick takes things to a different level. It’s as if the pool was for himself. He has the highest of high standards and he instills that with the Trades and Teams involved. I will miss your 7:30 Am text every Monday with what’s on the schedule. Nick Project Manager and Friend. Highly highly recommend Pool Perfection. Outstanding pool company! Amazing experience from day 1 to last day. Staff is super respectful and courteous. They stick to their word on everything and are extremely reliable. They said we would be swimming by a certain day, water was in the pool by that date. Have no issues to report because we didn’t have ANY. We love our pool and all of our thanks to EVERYONE at Pool Perfection.

These folks live up to their name - they have extremely high standards and go above and beyond to meet them. They recently remodeled our pool and it was a fantastic experience. I know picking a contractor is stressful, especially a pool contractor, but you’re in good hands here so you can stop looking.

This company went out of their way to make our pool everything we wanted. From the design process with Ray, to our final day, everything was pristine. Our project manager Brandon was extremely hands on and on top of every single step of this project. When they say “weeks not months” they meant it. This was the most efficient project we’ve ever done and I would recommend them every single time hands down. The owner Shai even reached out to us afterwards to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our results. We are absolutely blown away.
