I gave my degree for attestation. Took 2 weeks for it. Bad customer service. No proper response. I had to contact 4 numbers in their company by giving them calls, but they still provided no response. While delivering, there was no card payment. When I spoke to shafee or sufyan, why there is no card payment, he went like I dont why you have so much issues.

A messenger calls once and rings for like 5s. How will I know who called me, and just a few minutes later, someone else from power attestation calls me saying that let me check the status for you. Both the numbers were shown as power attestation in my mobile. I thought the same guy had called me earlier. This is how their customer service is. Basically, they want customers to keep contacting them and asking about the status.
Regarding the card payment, They should have informed earlier that its only cash payments. They are informing me during payment and expect me to come to the office for card payment. Instead of that, just carry one. Again, very nice customer service.
If you still think they are nice, try them out, and you will find out.

Our messenger attempted to contact you in the morning when the document was ready for delivery, but the call was not answered. As informed, card payment is available at our office, and you also have the option of cash or bank transfer. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused.
