Regarding the service itself, our technician followed standard protocol, which involves thoroughly troubleshooting the circuit. This process includes testing multiple outlets and switches to ensure safety, and sometimes requires sourcing specific breakers that are not always readily available on-site, especially for higher-end CAFCI, AFCI, or GFCI breakers. These are specialized and among the most expensive breakers on the market. We only source high-quality parts to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards. At every stage, the homeowner signed off on the work, indicating their satisfaction, and authorized the payment. Our goal is always to provide reliable service, and we appreciate you acknowledging that we resolved your issue.
