Great thorough job.

Our interaction with Power Vac was good from start to finish. I was glad I did my research on duct cleaning companies as many of them try and run scams to get more money out of you. Power Vac quoted us a price and that is what we paid. The tech (Sam) who attended our property was respectful and was honest that the reason he was late was because he had forgotten an important fitting for his vac unit. That sort of honesty is important in any service industry. The reason for the 4 star review is: The tech told me that Power Vac would email me a bill when the job was done. The job was done at 11:00am but the bill didn't arrive until the next morning, it included the sentence, 'you haven't paid your bill yet!' I was unable to pay my bill the day of service because I didn't get it the day the service was complete. I'm sure this is something that Power Vac's billing dept. can address.

Russ from Power Vac did an efficient job and very quickly. He was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Power Vac to anyone wanting to have their ducts cleaned.

There was a scheduling glitch at powervac end and unfortunately the technician did not show up. However the company responded immediately to our complaint and more than made up for our inconvenience. When the technician arrived his service was impeccable in addition to offering honest helpful advice to our situation.

The tech arrived on time and did a great job. He was courteous and answered questions we had to our satisfaction. I love that this company doesn't contact you, they leave their contact number on your furnace and let you decide when it's time to clean your ducts again.

The technician was kind and had good customer service approach, however- some aspects where disappointing. 1. The truck that showed up was not power vac, this was not communicated to me when I booked the service. 2. The tech was not equipped with carpet protection to roll down his unit into the basement. I had to manually carry it with him to avoid dirt on carpet and then lift it back up on his way out. 3. The tech did not had proper duct foil tape, and therefore avoided opening targeted panels that have been used for previous clean and properly taped. He mentioned the company only give him regular duct tape and not the foil type. I have provided him from my personal supply. After he left, I noticed that he likely not clean all the way on the return duct for that reason, it seems that he stopped the clean ~20ft before where there was one panel that was less visible than the one at the furnace location. If you specialize in providing a service, you should ensure you do your best to deliver quality service and do it right the first time. The worst aspect is that you reach out to me to seek feedback after the service and I have provided it via an email for your discretion, however - you never responded or acknowledge receiving. If you seek feedback, know how to manage it.

Great company, great technician - very efficient work. The ducts smell great now :D

We had a renovation in our basement of our home office which included cutting into cement which was extremely dusty. Despite putting up dust barriers the dust was everywhere. The two employees were timely; listened to my instructions and cleaned the basement area and of course all the ducts completely and efficiently. It was a big job and we were very pleased with the results.

Technician was very professional & thorough . Just one bad event happened : his power vac cord started to overheat & burn, causing a hazard & a mess on the floor . Luckily my husband & I noticed this soon enough and alerted the technician who was in a different part of the house . This may have started a fire . Please check your equipment !

Power Vac replied to our inquiry crazy quick, took our information, gave us a firm quote (no add-ons) and the work was performed on time and on schedule. Service such as this is greatly appreciated.
