Just had new flush casement windows (Residence 9) installed by Premier Windows. They look very nice, so much better than my old wooden ones. Great customer service, from my very first enquiry through to installation. The office answered all my questions and queries quickly and thoroughly. The installation guys were polite, tidy and took care with their work. Many thanks Terry, Gosia, Nina and Natalia. Would highly recommend.

Excellent professional service - from initial visit to final completion I found the process smooth and efficient, the windows are excellent and the installation team did a great job with minimum disruption and tidied up well at the end. Happy to recommend.

I don't usually write reviews, but thought it was only right to do so on this occasion. From start to finish, Premier Windows were excellent. Price: very competitive. Quality of product: excellent. I opted for 7 slim midrail sliding sash windows with woodgrain effect and couldn't be happier; they look authentic. My neighbour has real wood windows and it is hard to tell the difference between the two. I have had compliments from neighbours at how good they look. Customer service: outstanding from start to finish. I visited their showroom and the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to ensure all my questions were answered. The quote given to me was very detailed, clear and showed a visual representation of what the windows with astragal bars would look like. Other companies I asked quotes from were more like 'back of envelope' so it was refreshing to have such a good quote. This was reassuring because when spending a large amount of money it's important everything is correct. I had questions off the back of the quote and the responses I got were quick and detailed. The installers were respectful of my belongings and asked me throughout how I wanted things done to ensure I was happy. The quality of workmanship was brilliant too. After installation I had a couple of queries which were swiftly resolved. I couldn't recommend the company enough and will be using them again when I come to upgrading a couple more windows.

Excellent professional service from Premier again. They did my timber windows in 2019 (which still look as good as new five years on) and I have just used them to replace my porch door and a back door with heritage aluminium. They have a very good attention to detail and great communications - polite and efficient at all times. The guys that did the install were very efficient and tidy and installed both doors in a day to a very high standard. Premier do what they say will do, and when they say. Thoroughly recommended

Unfortunately the bifold doors we had fitted are a nightmare !! They swell In the heat therefore cannot open the door ! Also the glass gets very hot when the suns out I’m sure this is not normal !! Make sure you know what your getting before you buy and check everything once it’s been fitted !!

Replaced 2x windows in my flat which were originally rotting/single glazed at a very reasonable price. Very smooth and efficient process. Windows look and work great. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service from local windows supplier Premier. Patiently re-visited to double check measurements, then did a prompt, excellent job fitting one hinged casement uPVC window with two panes into a rebuilt loft dormer and making good. Fitters went the extra mile to source and install a wooden window board of appropriate width and depth as well. Good, painstaking work. Thank you very much, Terry and team!

We set Premier Windows a difficult challenge - to replace an old kitchen lobby door, with a built-in fan duct. Jason did a terrific job - it not only keeps the warmth in but looks far better than it ever did. And done quickly, on the agreed day. Brilliant!

It's been over 3 months now, and wish I'd had my large bay windows replaced 3 years ago as warmth definitely improved. All the people are great to deal with. When you see your home with the old windows removed you realise what a big job this is; thankfully the finished result are professionally finished and look smart. Definitely recommend.
