Update: I had an excellent meeting today with Nicholaus Zielinski, Service Manager of Precision Toyota, regarding my issue with the unauthorized work on my Highlander. He is an exceptional, customer focused representative of Precision Toyota and a pleasure to work with towards a satisfactory resolution. He understood the communication failure and I’m confident he will make it “right”. Precision Toyota is fortunate to have him leading their service team.
Absolutely terrible experience with the service department on Nov 22nd. The service manager made a repair that was not authorized and called to tell me when the repair was done and I was scheduled to pick up. His solution when questioned? He will spend the time and labor hours to have his technician remove the new part and reinstall the defective part! Particularly shocking when I was told it was “dangerous” to drive without the part replaced. Since it happened on a Friday late afternoon I’ve been unable to talk with anyone in management as of today. Hopefully this can be amicably resolved in the next few days. I’ll update.

Love precision toyota. They are knowledgeable, efficient, detailed, and friendly. They have a comfortable
waiting area inside with free coffee and a pay for items snack bar. Or they will give you a free lift ride to a destination in tucson and back when your car is ready.

I went 2 and 1/2 hours before closing excited to look at 2024 models. Unfortunately, even with walking all the way into the dealership no one even acknowledged me, not a hello, not a "our representatives are busy right now but someone will get with you shortly." I was ignored from the beginning of my visit all the way to the end. I even walked around for 40 minutes and look through all the vehicles and look them up myself with the stock number . Very disappointing, I'm not sure where the disconnect was with their staff, if it was because it was Friday or they could just care less but I'm good with going somewhere else to buy a Toyota. I hope they give better customer service in the future to others

A/C not working for the 2nd time in 6 months. Pretoy's recommended fix was the same protocol ("evac and a recharge"). If it didn't solve the problem 6 months ago, why would it solve the problem now ???
I had to push the Service guys to go back and find the leak.

Car buying is never an experience that I look forward to. I was in the market for a slightly used vehicle and dropped by Precision Toyota to see what they had. I found a RAV4 and worked with Ari on a deal. I got to say that working with Ari changed my attitude towards car buying. He made it so easy that I still can’t believe that was all we had to do. I definitely would buy another vehicle from Ari and Precision Toyota.

Frank Konkle was my service advisor. Walley Olajide was my mechanic. I brought my car in for service. 3 days later the MFD(Multi Function Display) no longer worked. This wasn’t an issue prior to service. Frank advised me that it would cost $1,000.00 to fix what he misunderstood to be the Cluster Combination Meter before urging me to purchase a new car(Sunny Davis later quoted repair of MFD to be $2,200 for a refurbished Unit). This disabled navigation, Bluetooth, rear back up camera, and the ability to adjust the AC settings. I never expressed a desire in purchasing a new car(There was also a charge for Windshield Wiper Replacements for $25.91 that was never brought up or discussed).
Sunny Davis called days later to say, for more than $800.00, a used, aftermarket replacement unit without a Warranty could be installed.

It took a while to even get someone to speak with me. The salesman seemed totally uninterested in helping me. I called it quits and went to a different dealership.

At Precision Toyota, our experience with “service” and "precision" was considerably different from the way I define those terms. While there staff is polite, their business practices are less than helpful. First their parts procurement process is inefficient as it took 3 days to get all the replacement parts that we discovered the local auto store could have provided in 24 hours. When we requested that the mechanic start working with the replacement parts that he did have we were told they don’t start working on a repair until they have all the parts. Finally 4 days, after the vehicle was initially inspected the technician started working on the vehicle. On Friday afternoon at 3:46 pm we received a text (not a phone call) that the technician discovered rust on the bolts and he needed more time to complete the job. We have a 10 year old vehicle and it seems Precision technicians don’t enough experience with older vehicles to know that you might look for extensive rust when you do your initial assessment. Precision Toyota offers Lyft services but the place I am staying was considered out of the zone they cover. They did offer me $30 off my services to cover my ride and even assured me I had been give a $30 credit When I went to pay my bill, the cashier could not find the credit on invoice and they could not locate the service agent to get clarification and the supervisor was on the phone. After 5 minutes another cashier told me that they took off the charge for shop materials to cover the cost. I will never know if they actually provided a break on shop materials. When I arrived home I discovered a gritty, tarry substances on the driver side door frame and floor mat. I am sure the people who work for Precision Toyota are fine people. Sadly they have very inefficient system for delivering services and there services are very expensive! I will never return!
