Pride did a fantastic job. After calling about a cracked pipe and leak, they were at my house in less than 30mins. Provided a solution and an estimate quickly. Repaired the damage, and fixed the leak efficiently. Ali was Extremely professional. Would recommend, and will use again.

Very professional company from start to finish. From the front office to the plumbers who show up at your home. They have their act together! The one thing I have to add is that after doing a little bit more research, they may be a little bit expensive. You should definitely look around.

Best plumbing service around! Have used them for multiple jobs in my home, big and small, and I couldn’t have dealt with better people. Not only are their prices reasonable, I’ve never felt pressured or thought I was being taken advantage of. But more importantly, the people working for them are amazing. They’re extremely knowledgeable and have been so good explaining the issues and what has to get done without me thinking in the back of my mind “Is this necessary?” Sean and the guys gave me an assessment on a Monday and had a new gas furnace installed by Wednesday!!! Pride plumbing are the best service around and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks “Do you know a good plumber?”

Pride Plumbing is my go-to for any plumbing job. Had a pipe start leaking from my furnace and they showed up in less than an hour and replaced the broken pipe. Ali was very friendly and professional and explained all the things he was doing.

When my old plumber never called back, I decided to look for a new one. Pride Plumbing came up as highly rated with great reviews. I called and easily got a tech visit scheduled. I had an unusually high water bill & thought that there may be leaks that could have caused it. Steven M. was the service technician assigned. He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable & went through the estimate/work to be performed & the products to be installed in detail. And best of all, I appreciated very much that he wore disposable booties so as not to bring dirt from his shoes to my house - not many service companies think of small details that can mean a lot. After thorough checking, no leaks determined but I decided to have an old toilet & a shower head replaced. Work was scheduled in a couple of days & I'm fully satisfied with the work performed & the clean up afterwards. From my first call to Pride up to the completion of the work, I'm totally impressed at how everything was done so professionally. You get 5 stars and my vote, Pride Plumbing and my thanks to Steven M. for a job well done!!!

Steve provided excellent work and was extremely courteous and professional. We would welcome his assistance on any future work that we need to have done.

We had a plumbing emergency the day before Thanksgiving and we were having 15 people for turkey and all the trimmings. Pride sent Steve the plumber to us at 8:15 a.m. He worked non-stop until 3:30 in the afternoon 😀. He fixed the problem despite the complications that come from living in a house built in 1906! Prompt service. ALI and DAN could not have been more polite and courteous. They had to replace the sewer line trap in our basement which is a pretty big job at what seems to me to be a reasonable price considering the work involved. Left the area cleaned up when finished. Would highly recommend.
