I am extremely pleased with the work that Proactive did at my home. I couldn't be happier. Every person I dealt with was was professional and very pleasant to deal with. The work was done on time and was exactly as promised. Mike the lead painter on the job was very patient with my questions and and small requests for extras (like painting a mailbox to match the house)One area of my exterior paint job was missed because of miscommunication by me. I phoned Krista to tell her what had happened and Mike came back within a few hours to make it right.
All in all I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Proactive Painting to anyone

The overall product at the end was satisfactory, but the process to get there was ridiculous. I had to send several emails to have the job finished properly. Never before in my life have I had to pay the full amount of the job in order to have someone come back to finish the project.

Hello Susan, your house looks great. I am sorry you felt that it took many emails to have it finished but this process typically happens in the touch up process and is why we offer a warranty and touch ups for free as most clients find things they would like changed or touched up over time. Especially on larger exterior jobs.
As for your statement about payment it took you almost 3 months to pay your invoice even though services were completed. All touch ups take place under warranty and this is why we invoice you after initial walk around. You asked for more work to be completed and we asked you to pay your initial bill before extra work took place which again took you multiple months to pay...
I am sorry you found your experience so dissatisfactory that you had to leave a 1 start review. It seemed in person the project was completed and you were happy upon completion.
Your project is still under warranty so feel free to reach out at any point top get any other touch ups completed.

We hired Proactive to paint the interior of our house, after having a number of companies come to discuss the work to be done and give us estimates.
Krista set the positive vibe right from the beginning when she came to the house and discussed paint and colors with me. When an issue arose she dealt with it as quickly as possible and most professionally . The painters we had in the house were proficient and respectful.
I would recommend Proactive Painting, and have already done so, to others .

I chose proactive painting because of their professionalism and exceptional customer service. Not only did they provide a quote for the job, they also helped me choose a quality paint. Painter, Manuel, was organised, accommodating and professional. Krista, did not rest until I was happy with the paint job. She came to the job site personally to check the paint dificiencies and fixed them the same day! She did not hesitate to address dificiencies two more times, until I was happy. Overall, I’m glad I chose proactive painting and would recommend their services to others. Thanks for your work, I’ll enjoy my place for years to come!

I have a rental townhome which was in extremely poor condition. I had Corey and the team paint all interior walls and ceilings, as well as my older wooden kitchen cabinets. The painting job, throughout, transformed the home. I was extremely pleased with the quality of painting, and professionalism from the team. I will be using their services in the future and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I love to deal with people that show ambition and take pride in their work. The crew that was dispatched to paint the exterior of our home did a fantastic job. Their price structure was competitive and fair for the size of our home. They arrived on time and worked very hard to complete the project. I will be contracting with them to paint the interior of my home as well. I would highly recommend this company if you have any exterior or interior projects that need to be done.

We had Corey and his crew in to paint our whole townhouse interior of 1400 sq ft. And they got it done in under three days ,and that's including all the doors, the closet doors and the kitchen ceiling. They also did the fireplace and the windows and cells for a great price. We would use them again and highly recommend them and appreciate the work that they did.

We had Proactive Painting give us a quote for the exterior of our house. There are a number of custom built areas. We received the quote the next day that was very reasonable and thought out.
We contracted with them and they started almost immediately. They worked with energy and pride and did a wonderful job. Very professional and didn't ask for final payment until we walked around to see if any touchup was needed. There were a few minor things which they quickly fixed. They worked collaboratively with us and addressed any questions and made suggestions that were valuable. They honoured their price and didn't try to upcharge if things weren't exactly as first estimated. We would certainly highly recommend them and use their services again (or maybe adopt them).
