I recently met Michael Ohm and Jonathan from Project Probono LLC, and I was left with a positive first impression. Today's insights have highlighted the learning curve ahead of me, and I look forward to the upcoming UGI Smart Home Energy Upgrade Program report. I recently had the pleasure meeting Mike and Jonathon. They were both very personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I felt overwhelmed at first with all the information given but Mike took the time to make sure I understood. Jonathon was friendly, careful while working and make sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend this company a thousand times over.

LV Home Performance Probono (Mike Ohm) came to our home to perform an Energy Audit. He is affiliated with UGI. Mike is so very knowledgeable and informative. He went through our entire 2-level home to evaluate, take pictures and measurements of every area regarding air flow, etc. He explained to us what he was doing every step of the way and followed up with a complete report, a verbal review of the report and a list of recommendations that will provide us with even level heating and air conditioning throughout our main level and our loft upstairs. In addition, we are hoping for some savings in our gas and electric bills. We have lived in this house for 7+ years and have always been extremely cold on our main living level even though we had new windows, doors, and garage door installed when we first moved in. Within a week's time, we will have the installation company (with which Mike works) come to give us an estimate on the work needed. We look forward to meeting with Rob (installation company) and scheduling the work. We are retired senior citizens living in a 55+ community; we plan to stay in this home until we can no longer remain independent. Therefore, energy efficiency is of utmost importance to us and we believe Mike Ohm is the man to determine what we need to do to live in comfort for the remainder of our lives. Thank you, Mike Ohm, for being so very thorough and guiding us through this process. Update: All work is completed and Mike has continued to answer all questions regarding process and results! He did a wonderful energy audit, work was completed in one day, and we are now much more comfortable in our home that is in a 20 year old 55+community. What more can any homeowner ask for? Both electric & natural gas usage have decreased in the first month compared to last year. Thanks again, Mike Ohm.
