Highly recommend! I had a scheduled appointment then my issue couldn’t wait. Jose was able to come before my appointment and promptly take care of the issue. Quality work with kindness. He puts customers first. His pricing is fair. I’m a repeat customer and will most definitely be using his services again.

I had some plumbing sounds that I was hearing in my house and wanted to get that checked out. Specifically asked about a consultation fee when I called for an appointment. He was vague and didn't say a dollar amount. When they came, it turned out to be a garden faucet that the gardeners had left on by accident, which they turned off. Didn't take more that 5-10 mins for the whole appointment. Charged me a full $125 consultation fee saying my problem had been fixed, an amount he had NEVER specified on the call. Even though it was just a garden faucet that they literally just turned off. I understand there will be some cost since they came out. But $125 just to turn off a faucet? Will never use them again.

Pro Plumbing provides excellent customer service . I had an error code on my tankless water heater and needed professional help. Jose was quick to respond and offered to squeeze me in right away. Jose was very professional, honest, came out to my house, explained a lot and answered all my questions and did a great job. I am so grateful to Jose for coming over so quickly and helping me. Jose and his team did a great in resolving my plumbing issue. My sink made a loud sound when I ran my hot water. So after they replaced the part , there was no more loud sound and my water ran smoothy. They also cleaned out my kitchen sink, as it had a bad odor I could not get rid off. I give them a high five for all their work, professionalism, on time, friendliness, and fair prices. 👏

Pro plumbing just replaced my failing tankless water heater Jose worked with the Rannai techs and determined that the metal exhaust vent from the original install was the cause of its slow failure over time. This caused condensation to get into the burners and caused the "no ignition" error codes I chose to replace with a new one with the proper vent this time rather than rebuild an already faulty unit What I appreciate most is that Jose was honest and shared with me what the Rannai service techs shared with him. His crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and didn't leave any mess. He's also reasonably priced and was on time and quickly available each time I would contact him ***Support local Hollister businesses!!! ***Highly Recommended***

Excellent customer service for both calls we have had. Both emergencies!! The first time, they worked in the pouring rain in a bad storm. This time it was the kitchen. The crew came and cleaned out the line and cleaned up all around. When we found another issue, they stayed to troubleshoot and then helped clean up again. Very thorough with their service. I highly recommend them!

The came quickly, analyzed the problem and fixed it. We were pleased with their professionalism.

Jose and his team are so great! We had a constant drip in our new home bathtub that started one month after the warranty ended! It took a couple of trips but Jose and his team worked to figure out the issue and resolve everything. He was able to contact the manufacturer so we could get the necessary parts under warranty, saving us the cost of the parts needed. Everyone was friendly and polite, and worked hard.
